Give pedojoe the cognition test. If he fails …. Remove him from the Presidency. If he passes ….. charge him and take him to trial
That's the hilarious thing, he being outraged that he was declared too incompetent to stand trial for his crimes.
And I was obviously stupid thinking they had a double for him when it's definitely him up there unmanaged going off script.
