BREAKING: Ray Epps, the only January 6 protester who actually told people to go into the Capitol, has been officially sentenced to one year probation, $500 restitution, and 100 hours community service.
While many J6 protesters are rotting in jail for non-violent crimes, Epps escapes a prison term entirely.

Ray Epps, the man who directed people to go into the Capitol and privately claimed credit for orchestrating the Capitol breach, gets one year probation. Nothing to see here!

Remember this?
Ray Epps, the one guy the J6 Committee doesn't seem to care about, claims in texts with his nephew that he "orchestrated" things at the Capitol
It's so weird that, with all the people involved in January 6th sitting in prison, and a former President who said to protest peacefully constantly slandered as riot inciter, the one man who we know that wanted people to riot inside the capitol and wanted others to join his protest is, for some reason, never considered as a conspirator by the J6 committee.

From that AP story:
[Epps] received no jail time, and there were no restrictions placed on his travel during his probation, but he will have to serve 100 hours of community service. He appeared remotely by video conference and wasn't in the Washington, D.C., courtroom when Chief Judge James Boasberg sentenced him.
ZERO travel restrictions! Guy must have some AMAZING connections in DC.
Meanwhile, Babylon Bee actors get arrested at the airport in front of their pregnant wives and have to wait for enhanced security screenings, all because they peacefully crossed the threshold of the Capitol doors as police calmly escorted people through the building.
Epps should tell this grandma with cancer how he pulled off mere community service!!

Today, this 69-year-old grandma with cancer went to federal prison for trespassing at the Capitol. Lefties are SUPER angry that it's only for 60 days.
Yes, they sent "Only 60" trending because leftism is all about that hate.

Back to the AP story:
Epps' sentencing took place in the same building where Trump was attending an appeals court hearing as the former president's lawyers argued he's immune from prosecution on charges he plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election he lost.
That's quite a visual for our justice system, isn't it?
Another bright day in the Banana Republic!!
I wonder just how long the people are going to tolerate the abuses of their government.
Who?
Many I dont know their names but many, hundreds, for committing NO crime, just walking in, and they get 20 yrs..heck they are still arresting people to this day
Did you see that football game last night?.............

“So long as they (the Proles) continued to work and breed, their other activities were without importance. Left to themselves, like cattle turned loose upon the plains of Argentina, they had reverted to a style of life that appeared to be natural to them, a sort of ancestral pattern...Heavy physical work, the care of home and children, petty quarrels with neighbors, films, football, beer and above all, gambling filled up the horizon of their minds. To keep them in control was not difficult.”

Epps was getting paid Cash by an agency as an Asset.
Reason #3745
The people have shown a willingness to get on the buses and be exterminated.
So he’s required to rebate $500 of his salary and is required to agitate new violence for his Fed masters. Is that right?
Putting Epps aside for a moment, why has NO effort been made to find the “scaffold commander,” who was standing on the scaffold directing people to go into the Capitol, or the guy who cut the barrier marking the “resiricted space”?
You mean he gets to keep being an FBI instigator?
Picking up trash along the road is a satisfying endeavor. One not only gets exercise and sun but he can see what kind of job he has done. The streets are full of every debris imaginable, and the debris is unrelenting.
FED! FED! FED!!!
That if it occurs will only be after the election and late in the transition, like Clinton’s Inauguration-Eve pardons.
If he is a plant or activist he will be well compensated with book deals and jobs, if a fed they can always give him a new identity.
If he is not they could be trying to set him up hoping someone might take revenge.
Yep, they’re brazen. They don’t even care how it looks.
The Epps matter just sits out there in plain sight, stinking to high heaven.
Sorry, no one has been sentenced to 20 years in Federal prison for “just walking in”.
I wonder why they had remote video sentencing instead of dragging him in like they do to everyone else?
Just a show. He was an FBI asset and they’re attempting a cover-up with this joke sentence.
Probably. Maybe sent to infiltrate Ducks Unlimited next.
Yep fed spy infiltrating and instigating...bastards...
Or the Jan 5 mock pipe bomber.
They will let him sit on a mower at the local country club to mow the rough down to three inches, during which time he will stop and chat with the golfers about where to look for their lost balls.
He will be paid minimum wage of $15.00 or $20.00 per hour.
