A deadly car crash outside a New Year’s concert in Rochester, New York, is being investigated as domestic terrorism after the suspect allegedly left a suicide note and journal in his hotel room, according to a source familiar with the investigation.
The FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating after two vehicles – one laden with gas canisters – crashed and plowed into the crowd outside the concert at the Kodak Center, killing two people and injuring five others. The suspect has been identified as Michael Avery from Syracuse, the source said.

Yes, but there was a suicide note, a car filled with gas cans, rammed into a car while trying to ram a crowd. But nothing here, move on...

His family claims the perp is bipolar, but he has never been diagnosed.
Some suicide attempt...not counting pedestrians, he managed to kill two people in a Mitsubishi Outlander with his Ford SUV, which was loaded with gas canisters, but he himself survived his suicide attempt.

So, his FAMILY diagnosed the boy with being bipolar. Cool.
Oops, never mind. He later died at the hospital.
He was aiming for the pedestrian crowd but the Uber driver didn’t see him coming and pulled out into his path.
But I do think it was a terrorist attack....OR....a disgruntled old employee.
