Been saying that every near year since 1949.
They say it at Chinese New Year, too.
If Xi really wanted to unify with Taiwan he’d allow opposition parties, free speech, elections for leadership, free religion etc…
Then people in Taiwan might consider the possibility.
But communist just want totalitarian one party dictatorship.

"the glory of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" will come with the demise of Xi and downfall of the CCP.
Bring it on!

Some people are entitled to their communist nationalism. The old goat Frankie made a pac with the communist.. Chinese. Kinda like our godfather Joey. No American Catholic politician is going to go against their holy father…. Somehow we the people owe the world's peoples who never ate a pancake!

Based on China’s stranglehold on REMs used in chips…I can see Taiwan just saying, “Yup…and going over.”
China will take it without firing a shot.

China’s Navy is large in shop numbers but low on blue water types. It’s carriers are bad jokes. It’s Navy takes tugboats along. The coasts of Taiwan are very well defended and mostly marshy and very poor for landings. There is a lot of heavy artillery zeroed on the possible landing sites. They even have gasoline pipes underwater at those places. Don’t be too sure about the CCPs chances.
Xi is currently purging the military of everyone who doesn’t support his ideas 100% = anyone who is competent. He is the new Hitler/Mao/Stalin for China.
Then there’s China’s precarious financial condition.
No, CCP victory in Taiwan is by no means assured.

Thanks, free traitors. I hope that $.10 you saved on communist made paint brushes with your trade deals makes up for what you did to this country and our allies.
Unfortunately, that includes a lot of "conservatives" and Freepers.
