The Idaho dude should thank his lucky stars. I hope he landed on his feet and found a loyal, deserving wife.
Her biological clock has run down.................
It’s easy to be smart later. No sympathy from me. She made her bed (as they say).
Sorry toots, too late. Maybe you can hook up with an illegal who will will do anything for a green card.
There are lots of videos like this on YouTube.
She can always adopt a cat, or 3 or 4.
Babylon Bee strikes again!
don’t do it, spare the baby the pained life it will have.
Her grandmother, at least, likely explained the realities of feminity and its short lifespan to the window of fertility.
I know many women 35ish in this situation
Their prime attraction phase is over and biological clock ticking
The pool for good mates now is very small
Men can have children much later
Jokes on them
Sad though
Men, specifically White men, have been hammered by feminists for decades. Guess we should care about this now… Nope.
38 isn’t ‘too late’ however the odds are much greater that she will have a harder time conceiving and the child might also have Down Syndrome....................
[“He wanted a simple life with children and home-cooked meals,” she said.]
I went for that too. Unfortunately, every gal that I liked ran from that like a jet car on full afterburner.
Because like, parties, drinking, that’s where it’s at.....
Watched a really good (long) video from a woman who researched the history of Feminism. A couple of takeaways:
1. From all the research she did, she could not find evidence that most women even wanted to vote, as women feared that would lead to the same expectations as men (including working outside the home and military service).
2. The leaders of the Suffragettes were MEN, specifically the corporate leaders that financed the entire movement (along with help from Socialists/Communists).
3. The reason why corporate leaders wanted women to leave the home and join society was because they represented a HUGE, CHEAP, labor force (sound familiar).
4. The reason why Socialists/Communists wanted women to leave the home and join society was so they’d have access to whatever kids they still had (and we all know what they did to our kids).
My sympathy cup has gone dry. No need to blame the feminists for her selfishness. She made the choices. All the joys she squandered untasted, the marriage barren of children and of the strength of commitment are the results of her embrace of her focus on self rather than life.
“Persling said she became resentful when he would ask for dinner or for his laundry to be done.”
Why did her husband find the washing machine so difficult to operate?
I certainly wish the best for her but it seems some peoples’ purpose in life is to serve as a cautionary tale.
As usual, there is much criticism of this woman, and she deserves some. But there is also hope. I know people who married for the first time in their 40s and had no kids, but had each other. Now that she is wiser and humbler she may find a man who is also ready to try again.
Me and my generation have a number of women who were told they would not be respected as mere housewives. We were selling ourselves short if we did not use our gifts in the workplace.
When I gave up practicing law to stay home with our first baby, I was relieved not to have to be responsible for two different worlds. The people who mattered to me were supportive, but a few people thought I was unnecessarily throwing away a good career.
Instead of anger and derision, try saying a prayer for this woman’s healing. She is a prodigal daughter who is on the verge of coming home.
From 30 to 38 she was single. I’ll bet she has had more dicks in her than an LA detective agency.
When you meet a young person who’s behavior and values are clearly contrary to Darwinian law ( which BTW when analyzed carefully is consistent with most religous traditions), it is almost guaranteed that by the time that person reaches middle age, they will be thoroughly miserable.
