The young German-Israeli tattoo artist who was paraded through the streets of Gaza after being kidnapped by Hamas has been found dead after “sadistic” terrorists “chopped off her head,” Israel’s president revealed Monday.
“I am truly sorry to report that we have now received news that Shani Nicole Louk has been confirmed murdered and dead,” President Isaac Herzog told the German newspaper Bild.

Correct. One handgun is typical. But there are loopholes that allow connected people more reasonable arms.
Lots more select-fire rifles are being made available to civilian security, which helps.

The problem in Israel is the liberal court system would require weapons be given to the 20% of population that is Muslim Arab.

The reason behind limits on ammo relate to theft. They don’t want someone’s stockpile raided. But it is “at a time.”
There are also plenty of loopholes for anyone who served in the IDF. You can check out a rifle or pistol at will, generally speaking. All former officers get a carry permit. Etc.

I have followed this story since it broke — as I’m sure we all did. I prayed for her to be found alive, but the picture of the crumpled body and grotesquely bent leg (with her tattoo) soon surfaced.
As a mother of a young woman in her early 20s, also one that is very petite (she and I are both 4’11”) it really hits home. I just pray that her she had already departed her body for the majority of the brutality done to her corpse.
It is almost impossible to have faith anymore. I try... but it is just so dark these days.
Gaza is one big SS camp.
Evil monsters. I pray they are all driven off the face of this earth. We could only be so lucky. Every single ONE of them, not only in Gaza, but throughout the wretched Muslim world. What good has this culture EVER done for this world???
Did she? All I know is that she’d been shot in the head. Was it immediately or after being tortured/raped? All I’ve heard is that they recovered that piece of skull - not the rest of the body.
Simple solution. Everybody who served in the IDF is to be in the reserves for the rest of their lives and is to keep their weapon and ammo at home. As they get older you can classify them as being in the “inactive reserves” but retaining the weapons requirement. Hell, you could even make it an option. But so long as its those who served in the IDF, you could get away with limiting those who had guns.
