Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) on Thursday endorsed “proven patriot” and Pennsylvania businessman Dave McCormick’s bid to unseat Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA).
Blackburn said in a written statement obtained by Breitbart News that McCormick would serve as a champion of limited government.
She explained:
I am honored to endorse Dave McCormick, a proven patriot and freedom fighter for conservative values. He will stand strong against the Left’s radical agenda. Dave knows that limited government is not only necessary to ensure liberty over tyranny, but it also reveals the true might of the individual. He is ready to reverse overreaching government. Pennsylvania’s Senate seat is a crucial opportunity for Republicans as we fight to take back the Senate Majority. I am confident that Dave McCormick is the patriot we need to protect conservative principles and protect the values of our country. I will do everything I can to support his campaign for Senate.

Does anyone think a state that elected a brain-dead communist will elect a pubbie governor?
No double dose of Oz?
So says the woman that threw President Trump under the bus.
Having said that, he may be the best the GOP can do in PA.
Forget it, Jake. It’s Pennsylvania. The state’s hopelessly corrupt, and the Rats rule it with an iron fist. They’ve gamed the gamed voting system, throttled the legislature, demeaned the governor’s office and perverted the judiciary. McCormick could be the second coming of Ronald Reagan, and it would not matter worth a damn. He has no chance.
Well he did endorse Oz so he deserved some criticism.
I live in Pennsylvania and it is near the top in corruption. When mail in ballots came into play, there is absolutely no way in hell a Republican can win a state wide election. The Democrats manufacture ballots until they have enough to win. Forget the courts. They are as curput as any court in a Communist country. Unless a nationwide reset happens, Pennsylvania is a lost cause forever. I live here so I know this to be a fact.
Yes, but I was talking about her deciding to certify the election after saying she wouldn’t.

Also, I never understood the Oz thing. To Trumps benefit, he wasn’t a politician starting out. His judgement of the people in the swamp was off. He knew it was bad but not how bad for a long time. I don’t expect that problem to happen this time around. There is nobody else running that I would vote for over him.
The conservatives in TN won’t forget what Blackburn and Haggerty did to him. Blackburn talks a good game but I doubt I’ll give her another chance to stab the best President of my lifetime in the back.
After reading the posts on this thread, it is obvious to most of you that there is absolutely nobody who measures up to your description of “conservative purity”.
I guess that means that you will sit on your collective asses, with your arms crossed and your face in a massive frown and refuse to support or vote for anyone. Just to send a message, of course.
What you don’t realize is that the message is “I am a friggin’ MORON!”
McCormick is the ultimate swamp creature - a hedge fund manager who lives in Connecticut. I thought the PA GOP had a bigger bench than this.
Sean Parnell
If Dave McCormick won that GOP primary (which should have been Sean Parnell’s primary), John Fetterman never gets elected, the US Senate is a 50-50 tie, the inflation reduction act among other things never gets passed, the PA house doesn’t flip to Dem control, and while Shapiro is still gov, he doesn’t win in a landslide and Doug Mastriano helps rebuild the PA GOP instead of being treated as a laughingstock.
anyone except this RINO skank.
Parnell or Mastriano or Barnett are better, others too
