A transgender sorority member accused of acting inappropriately towards other female members recently scored a legal victory.
On Friday, a federal judge in Wyoming dismissed a lawsuit that was brought by members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority at the University of Wyoming attempting to have a transgender woman removed from the Greek life organization.
The dismissal by the judge comes shortly after members of the sorority the lawsuit against the the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and the transgender member, identified as Artemis Langford, saying that her membership should be voided over her gender.
In March, members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority filed the lawsuit against the organization and Langford saying that Langford is a man and that "Kappa Kappa Gamma limits membership to women only. Under the Sorority's Bylaws, every new member must be 'a woman.'...A woman is an adult human female. An adult human male is not a woman, no matter how he chooses to describe himself."
The lawsuit went on to state that Langford was admitted to the sorority through its council president and a vote from other members. However, after Langford was admitted to the sorority, many members said they felt unconformable by Langford's behavior.......
"The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit - and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved - Langford. With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define "woman" today.

his daddy must be so proud of sonny boy.
The KKG ladies should make it part of the initiation.
And amend the damned bylaws to specify "post-surgery" if you're going to entertain this sort of madness. Find out how badly they want to join that sorority.
I’m fully on board with this decision. Live by the sword and die by the sword. Real women allowed this to happen. They deserve everything they get. Another reason to repeal the 19th.
Most take transgenders but for some reason, Wyoming’s Kappa powers-that-be said you must pledge him. It’s the girls who have the final vote but in this case they didn’t have a choice, which sucks. This is what I read and heard.
I think there’s just a few sororities that don’t mandate this, I’m not sure in 2023. I’m sure it’s to avoid lawsuits so they’re stuck.
This whole thing is nuts.
No. There’s a quota on how many girls each house can accept, depending on the number going through recruitment. Their National told them to pledge this guy. They didn’t have a choice which is out of the norm.
Bid Day is tomorrow at 5:15. I’m curious as well.
Sorry, the bid date was for 2022. I can’t find this year’s date. Interesting.
Correct, though I don't understand why either of those conclusions would be confusing.
The reason for not being put in a "judge" position is that history has proven a few times now that such people tend to judge parts of contests on how woke the answers are to divisive questions the left want answered in one direction. Answer something like this: "Marriage should be reserved for a biological male to a biological female" and see how far in the results you get docked. Thus my tagline.
Trump once praised such an "woke" answer on allowing transgenders in his pagent.
“She gave a great answer, a very tough question – on transgender – just the question everybody wants to hear, and she gave a great answer and she really did a great job,” Trump said praising Culpo on Fox and Friends in June 2012.
“It was a very cool answer,” added Trump. “Great, [she] gave a great answer.” -- Donald Trump
Sept. 18.
Their mistake was accepting him as a member. Now they are stuck with him. I would iust go inactive and be done with the sorority.
So, according to this Judge, if 3 female roommates decide to rent out the 4th bedroom to a guy, he then has carte blanche to run around with his erect member sticking out, and the girls can do nothing about it. Got it.
So the sorority voted It in, the judge is saying you did this, live with it.
Just like with trans in sports, if the real females all refuse to participate it will go away.
It is on the dummies that make this acceptable.
Unfit for the bench.
bttt
If the women had any "leadership" that sororities claim they instill in their members, the transvestite would wake up to a house all for himself and every one of the sorority women would be either in another sorority our simply be ex-sorority members.
