Protesters burned down a historic library in Marseille France.
Ah, The Gorgeous Mosaic!
I posted this but it appears to be a fake.
Alexandria -the sequel
oh great- now what are the feral yutes gonna read?
I contend these Mooslims are simply trying to integrate into Fench society. They know their history and are demonstrating their knowledge. Liberté, égalité, fraternité!
draw and quarter...
We’re ther any copies of the Koran burned?
I hope so!
Why are copies of Koran scattered around your library?
It’s for fire protection.
Again, the poison-pill trick by the MSM.
The Marseille library was burned by radical muslims. The fact that this photo is from a different fire makes the story no less horrible.
If there were ever a statement summing up a people, burning the library is it. And remember never -dare- suggest that moslems burned the library of Alexandria.
If the Legion is not empowered to use whatever force necessary to protect their garrison, one would hope they have taken measures to safeguard this priceless relic.

No biggie. I read that all the books had already been colored.
my condolences to European scholars with this librarry in their hearts.
IMHO there is a delineation between ‘the progressive frogs’ who are destroying a great nation, and the French people that this progressivism is being foisted upon them, to include the great unwashed, uneducated, unwanted mohammedans.
Beat me to it!
During the siege of Sarajevo in the 1990s, Radovan Karadzic’s soldiers targeted the national archives of Bosnia and burned it down—and snipers shot people trying to rescue documents from the archives. Hundreds of years’ worth of historical records up in smoke. The American Library Association was asked to deplore the incident but refused to do so. A lot of the records would have been from the period of Ottoman rule but presumably some would have been medieval or from Austro-Hungarian or Yugoslav periods.
Not according to French Twitter posters..
