Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded to Donald Trump's recent attack on former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, saying that it was "really, really bad."
"Donald Trump, even his greatest supporters have acknowledged, had a tough time picking good people. He had a lot of terrible personnel decisions, people like Jerome Adams, his Surgeon General...so we know there was a tough record, but Kayleigh was one of the greatest selections. She did a fantastic job," DeSantis, who is also a 2024 Republican presidential candidate, said while appearing on the NH Journal podcast on Friday.
DeSantis added: "She's a Harvard-trained lawyer, she's an absolute killer, and she ate the press alive, and so for him [Trump] to be attacking her, I thought that was really, really bad."

Biden’s worse nitemare is that DeSantis will beat Trump because they know he will beat Biden in the General. DeSantis is much more electable. In fact, in spite of the cult here, Trump is the only Republican who Biden can beat.
DeSantis will destroy Biden in the General. He’s likeable, he’s off the charts smart, articulate, class, and he’s a true conservative declaring war on woke.
In short......he’s Trump’s nitemare. Why do you think the Trump spammers are so threatened? Even they know it.

So thin skinned is Trump. All his wounds are self inflicted. It just didn’t have to be this way. He could articulate all his values and policies, which we all support, in the way Reagan did. Ronald Reagan was loved by the masses because he wasn’t a bully, wasn’t thin skinned, and wasn’t a jerk.
I don’t even think there were Reagan spammers either. We loved Ronnie and DeSantis has that potential.
If I was advising Trump, I’d say stop it......and make him watch Ronald Reagan for a week straight. Trump does not have to be like this spammers.

I read that Hannity tried that the other nite at the town hall and Hannity was booed by the blind trump supporters. I'm no fan of Hannity, but, he's right, Trump needs to stop this childish, useless behavior.

Where is the poll?
I seriously doubt Trump, DeSantis nor Biden will be the nominee for their respective parties next year. I don't know who will be the nominees, but I am pretty darn sure the Democrat will handily beat the Uniparty candidate.
I guess you can call me a “Trump Spammer” since I will only vote for Trump next year. Regardless of whom is the Uniparty nominee. We still have a ‘Write in’ line on our ballots.
What are you taking about? Kayleigh was hosting a Fox program and reported on the results of a poll. How the hell does that make her “Deep State”. See this is the kind of crap that makes normal people pause. I love Trump and will vote for him if he wins the primary but there are things about him that you can criticize without making a person some agent of the Deep State.
