May 24 (Reuters) - Singer Tina Turner has died aged 83, one of her representatives said on Wednesday.
Turner, often called the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll", was one of the biggest recording artists of all time, known for hits such as "What's Love Got to Do with It" and "(Simply) The Best".

Tina Turner became a Swiss Citizen in 2013 after living there since 2003. At that time, she also relinquished her US Citizenship. She’s been a resident of Zurich for 20 years.

Her part as
the Acid Queen in "Tommy" was truly astonishing.
"60 Minutes" had a segment on her at her place in Switzerland a few months ago. She seemed very happy and at peace with herself.
