False arrest, breaking and entering, unlawful sequestration. Serious crimes here. The “wrong” room is no excuse. Being an fbi agent is no excuse, in fact it indicates that the agent is a highly trained individual who should know what he is doing.
I was called and asked to attend an interview for a friend’s Top Secret background check. The lady agreed to meet at a Panera. About the time she was fifteen minutes late to meet me, she realized she had been questioning the wrong guy. Some older man at another table.
I had given her a description of me but she didn’t pay much attention. The other guy wasn’t remotely close.

There is an old county firehouse the regional law enforcement agencies and fire departments use for training in my area. If the local cops need to train they use that building and set it up to simulate the situation. They don’t rent a room at the local hotel.
