Why use a hotel? Don’t these thugs have training centers for this type of operation? There is an old county firehouse the regional law enforcement agencies and fire departments use for training in my area. If the local cops need to train they use that building and set it up to simulate the situation. They don’t rent a room at the local hotel.
This is a cover story. What they are trying to cover up, I don’t know, but no hotel is going to allow a middle of the night training assault when they have other paying customers in the house.
The FBI are lying. They might have been legitimately trying to arrest someone or they were getting revenge on someone they don’t like.
