The Drudge Report, Matt Drudge’s right-leaning news aggregator ran a headline on Friday declaring former President Donald Trump threatened Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg in a Thursday Truth Social post, which Trump deleted on Friday afternoon.

My short opus is in for repairs.
Complain about it? Sure I would. You betcha.
Post an image online with me holding a baseball bat and the DAs head? Not in a million years, unless I wanted for some reason to get arrested and sent to prison.
any ticket with Nikki’s name on it will get ZERO electoral votes from the south ... ZERO ...
I disagree
And she could win WISCONSIN, PENN AND MICHIGAN.
Nikki is DOA.
Who knows who created the image? Does it matter? However you feel about it, the fact is that Trump posted it. See my #64 on this thread for screenshot:

LOL. You’re right, you are so much smarter and “in touch” with the electorate than us mere mortals. Nobody cared about President Trump’s tweets or statements right ??? He was unbelievably popular right and a shoo in for reelection right ??? How’d that 2020 election work out ??? The whole “election was stolen” mindset allows people and the candidate himself to never seriously reevaluate what went wrong and how to fix it.
It will never be 2016 again and Trump needs to realize that. The whole shock jock outsider presidency thing failed in 2020, people were not buying it anymore. If anyone thinks the same thing will work out differently in 2024, they need their heads examined.
He posted an article that so happened to juxtaposition those two photos together. Trump didn’t pick the photos.
Of course they get to vote. That’s the whole point. We’re not going to GET their vote in 2024 or 2028, no matter how meek, mild, and moderate the Republican is.
Make up the difference from somewhere else.
I agree.
You can't throw a hand grenade twice.
You and I know the things that Trump accomplished in his presidency. Good stuff, mostly.
Low info voters don't know much about current events. Young voters don't know much about history.
The Dems will show Trump's statements and tweets, over and over.
And as far as insults? Human nature plays a big part here.
If a person is publicly insulted and humiliated by another, that person is unlikely to be or remain a political ally. And, if members of the voting public side with the insulted party, they will feel the insult as well.
I used to hope that Trump would learn patience, statesmanship, staying above the lesser stuff, and learning that it's not all about Trump. Some can learn those lessons, some cannot.
That said, if he wins the nom, I'm voting for him in the general.
As long as that's the case, our problems are not fixable.
“The owners of the accounts would have acted to stop such activity.”
Not if they didn’t know. If they hadn’t posted for a few years — lost interest, death, etc. It would be easy enough for someone to do a search on “users” and see if someone’s last post was ten years ago.
Take. Me. To. Your. Leader.
I didn’t say he or one of his staff didn’t POST it. I think I used the word, “create”.
No, he didn’t pick the images for the National File article, but he picked those images off the web and posted them to his TS account. He picked them out and chose to post them. There is just no way around that, no matter what you think of it or of Trump.
“However you feel about it, the fact is that Trump posted it.”
I never said he didn’t.
When he posted the article, those pics were automatically included with the article. He had no control over that. Unless you suggest he shouldn’t have posted the article at all.
Besides, this is making a mountain out of a molehill.
