NEW YORK – Donald Trump is expected to be indicted on Wednesday, but his arraignment in New York will not take place until next week, according to a new report from DailyMail.com.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is expected to formally charge the former president over hush money payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels.

Following the indictment, arrangements will be made with Trump and his Secret Service detail for his surrender, after which he will travel to New York to be arraigned, the report said.

Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, will be making the indictment.

Biden and his son are actually criminals, bad ones, nothing has been done.

America is utterly corrupt.

"I honestly wonder why the secret puppetmasters behind the scenes make their decisions. I’m sure they told the stooge in NYC when to do what and how. Same with the White House. They chose the offense and the place to try it"

Frank, you're a steady dude, you ask the right questions.

Yes, the common thread between Boogums and Obama is Soros.

Yes, Boogums and Obama consider themselves revolutionaries using lawfare against the American Republic, but they are just bourgeois half-homos far more like their whiteness than their blackness, because no True Black Man would ever embrace Marxism, which has killed more black men than anyone else other than Mao killing his own in China or Stalin purging Greater Rus.

But now that Soros has made it painfully clear that there is money -- big, life-altering money -- to be made in Marxism, and yet still live the Capitalist Dream, and never be called on it, wellll, now, that's been the game-changer since 9/11.

Bluegums believes he's on the fast track to Attorney General -- not NY, but US. Probably been promised SDNY or one of the other NY Fed districts.

Bluegums also wants revenge against Weinstein -- who runs in Kushner's circles -- for even running against him.

Any prosecutor this delusional (matched by the NYC Mayor), will have a reckoning like Mike Nifong, disbarred after his malicious Duke Lacrosse persecution.

So much of what is going to eventually transpire is forecasted in this June 2022 article. I suggest everyone read it:

Prosecutors in charge of Manhattan district attorney’s criminal investigation into Trump suddenly resigned

NEW YORK — The two prosecutors in charge of the Manhattan district attorney’s criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump and his business dealings suddenly resigned Wednesday, throwing the future of the probe into question just as pressure was building on Trump on several legal fronts.

A spokesperson for District Attorney Alvin Bragg confirmed the resignations of Carey Dunne and Mark Pomerantz, top deputies who had been tasked with running the investigation on a day-to-day basis.

Both started on the Trump probe under former District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., and Bragg asked them to stay when he took office in January.

Dunne, the office’s former general counsel, argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in a successful, multiyear fight for Trump’s tax records. Pomerantz, a former mafia prosecutor, was brought out of private practice by Vance last year to add his expertise in white collar investigations and had been involved in questioning witnesses before the grand jury.

“We are grateful for their service,” Bragg spokesperson Danielle Filson said. She declined to comment further, saying the investigation is ongoing.

The New York Times, citing sources, reported that the grand jury investigation had stalled, with no sessions in the last month, and that Dunne and Pomerantz quit after Bragg raised doubts about pursuing a case against Trump himself. No former president has ever been charged with a crime.

So far, the nearly three-year investigation has resulted only in tax fraud charges against Trump’s company, the Trump Organization, and its longtime finance chief Allen Weisselberg relating to lucrative fringe benefits such as rent, car payments and school tuition.

Messages seeking comment were left for Dunne and Pomerantz.

Trump did not immediately respond to the news. In a telephone interview, his lawyer Robert Fischetti said: “I’m a very happy man. In my opinion, this investigation is over.”

Fischetti said Bragg has not spoken to him about the status of the investigation or potential charges against Trump but, given Thursday’s developments, the lawyer said it appeared that the D.A. had reviewed the case and signaled to his deputies he was not inclined to pursue an indictment.

“My client has done nothing wrong,” Fischetti said.

The resignations were likely to further embolden Trump, a Republican who continues to tease another run for president in 2024, after several recent legal setbacks. Trump has repeatedly railed against the New York probes as baseless and politically motivated, saying in a statement last week that Democratic prosecutors were spending “historic amounts of time, energy, and money trying to ‘get Trump.’”

God save President Trump. Thank you through our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

From your lips to Christ's ears, Amen! Beside him, I can't think of anyone who suffered more for his fellow man.

I’m not convinced.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Neither am I. Its hard for me to believe that Bragg and his up-stream SOROS puppet masters are that stupid , to ignite the MAGA whirlwind. Do you suppose they want to bait Trump supporters into being targets for BLM and ANTIFA, just to prevent or limit Trump rallies because supporters of Trump are allegedly violent?

I think there is a nefarious purpose afoot designed to prevent MAGA from campaigning or “getting out the vote.”

I cannot believe Bragg is actually that stupid to be doing th8s....there is a greater purpose.

Although some people on the thread have mentioned this, I think the media aspect of it is much more powerful than most people realize.

The photos will be a huge part of how the whole thing is perceived by the public.

Any photo of Trump that is degrading to the office of the president of the United States will be joy to the left and outrage to those who love their country. Let’s not do that. We need this to peter out, not light a bigger fuse.

Nope. Trump is an idiot. He let this get far too along. Mr. Negotiator didn’t seem to pull any strings on this.

Please share what you think Trump could have legally done about this? What do you mean he “let” this happen? What “strings” do you presume he has?

That would be the equivalent of the firing on Fort Sumter.

I don’t expect anything quite so drastic.

I agree. I think a lot of the Right is just bluster. When it comes down to it, the days of Lexington and Concord are long long gone. People have their own interests and we let the Feds get way too powerful to the point that it compares to the tyranny before the Revolution. Arresting, releasing a mugshot, indicting, whatever… that won’t light any fuse. Sure there may be some rallies, maybe some people get baited into going too far, but beyond that? I don’t see it. It will take far more. Even if he gets jailed somehow without bail, there will be outrage but to what end? Any sort of action would need to be well organized and coordinated. I doubt many of us keyboard warriors have been given any instructions. We are up against unbelievably strong and evil forces. The Nazis have returned and they run the show.

All this is supposed to happen… I read the end of the book….

Precisely what I was thinking.

I don’t think anyone is taking this as seriously as it should be taken.

The reds are marching, and it is as real as a heart attack. There is no way they can take their foot off the gas now.
