NEW YORK – Donald Trump is expected to be indicted on Wednesday, but his arraignment in New York will not take place until next week, according to a new report from DailyMail.com.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is expected to formally charge the former president over hush money payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels.

Following the indictment, arrangements will be made with Trump and his Secret Service detail for his surrender, after which he will travel to New York to be arraigned, the report said.

Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, will be making the indictment.

I think he is entitled to the SS security at all times. I heard Andrew McCarthy on the radio today saying he wont be jailed (but he did say given what is happening in the DA’s office, that he will be indicted)

The problem with this is once Trump is in their custody, they can literally do anything to him they want. There is no way he should ever agree to this.

If a grand juror has untruthfully answered any question, or is found to have conflicts of interest that compromise her, those can be made known at any point in the grand jury process, even after a referral.

Furthermore, it is a violation of Federal and NY State law to lie to a grand jury. Gonna cost the Rat 5 years in the Fed.

I saw that. Basically he said that Cohen was a lying piece of shit, and couldn't be trusted to give honest testimony about anything. The fact that Bragg relied on Cohen tells you that he's grasping at straws. Cohen should have been the last person Bragg called to testify. You don't have much when you have to rely on a felon convicted of tax evasion, and lying to Congress to make your case.
