Despite President Joe Biden’s claims that inflation is going down, American households did not get any relief in the grocery store aisles.

They are using the democrap new, not white supremacist, math! How they come with 10% when eggs are up over 100% ? New minority math!
“Meanwhile the welfare people still load up their grocery carts with the most expensive groceries, compliments of the hardworking taxpayers.
This is Social Justice?”
Reparations.
(Though we were all warned for decades that Social Security would not be enough support us in retirement. The problem is, few listened.)
That old Nest Egg is more than symbolic now!
Our COSTCO was out of eggs over the weekend, but the Fred Meyer across the street, had doubled their egg stocks. They had as many eggs as Costco usually has.
But but but the government says the inflation rate is only 6.4% ... who to believe who to believe who to believe ... I know, I’ll believe my wallet
Eggs are high in cholesterol, and chicken farts cause global warming./s
Don’t mess with my coffee. 🤬
At my local grocery, you can get a giant jar of Arabian coffee with something called “Hal” in it. I don’t remember how much it cost, but the company is Al Nasser, and I still have plenty left. Perhaps by the time I run out it’ll cost more. It’s pretty strong, and made the same way as Turkish coffee, by pouring hot water over a tablespoon of Al Nasser in your cup, and letting it settle and steep for a while. Taste? Who drinks coffee for taste? My nick-name for it is “Wake-y Wake-y Juice”. But it’s passable taste-wise.
Imagine how bad it would be if they hadn’t unleashed covid to get rid of the bad orange man
Me either.
I love the smell, but could never choke it down enough to acquire a taste for it.
Local Walmart eggs are $3.26/doz now.
They were $5.14 just a week ago.
They were $0.80 just 2 years ago.
I’m angry about the inflation the Dems just let slide by.
At least one or two items at the store cause my sticker shock to go top end.
Tart cherry juice (reduces gout and joint trouble) in past 2-3 years was $3.29, $3.49, $3.99 then $4.99 and this week $12.49 (one brand). Luckily Kroger still had one left at around $5 or so.
Rule of thumb is to remember the old prices of most items and mentally add $1 or more to each.
About eggs: If you have to ask about the price it means you’re not rich enough to afford them.
People with a servant doing the shopping and returning in a Bentley Continental GT ($235,600) don’t worry about it.
Joe’s fault. Joe Biden’s fault. Repeat this every time you buy groceries. I do it at the checkout counter, and watch liberals squirm.
Yep. I bought a small bag of essentials ant it was like $40. Probably more than double than last year.
$50 to $60 is about normal for me.
I’m hardly extravagant.
I gotta start putting the “I Did That” stickers up at the grocery store now that gas is a “reasonable” $3.20 or so.
couple months with 12 chickens and 2 ducks, But they alsoeat all the scrap food also like rice,veggies,fruits,...my wife takes care of the animals, I just pay for everything
Gas in central Indiana jumped 13% today.
