Louisa May Alcott, the author of Little Women, may have been transgender, a New York Times (NYT) article claimed, drawing criticism from a political strategist who called it “historical vandalism.”
Titled “Did the Mother of Young Adult Literature Identify as a Man,” the NYT piece claims the famous author may have been non-binary or transgender.
Peyton Thomas, the author of the story, identifies as transgender and claims Alcott might also have even been transgender.

Years ago, every few months, someone on FR would post up a story about Abraham Lincoln being a homosexual. Presumably, those posters have long since gotten the zot, or ditched FR on their own.

General Custer was also a Tranny. Look at those big floppy hats and fancy one of a kind uniforms he had tailor made. Its an easy call.

EGGzactly! Bronson Alcott was a high-minded layabout. If you read between the lines of Hawthorne’s “Brook Farm” you get a pretty good idea. His wife was a long-suffering woman.

LOL people don't realize that women had a lot more influence over their husband's votes then, than now.
Liz never married, but I bet she browbeat a lot of men into voting the way she wanted.

I would have strangled Bronson. Although he really didn't mean it, he just had his head in the clouds and couldn't concern himself with mere material things. He was practically an innocent -- there was a story that a confidence man told him a sob story and he gave the man all the money that he had, several hundred dollars (a lot of money back then) and the crook was so embarrassed he refused to take it.
As one of Kipling's characters said, "’Twas too dam’ like cheatin’ a suckin’ baby. My woman, she said so too."
