Former President Donald Trump suggested the “termination” of the United States Constitution could be allowable in response to the bombshell report that the Democrat Party colluded with Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.
The former president made his observation via his Truth Social account on Saturday following journalist Matt Taibbi’s thorough report on Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 elections at the behest of newly-minted CEO Elon Musk.

I pointed out what you were doing (false dilemma is a logical fallacy), and frankly, I was agreeing that Trump is not a god even though nobody claimed he was.

Yes - he’s ONLY calling for terminating those rules in the constitution as they pertain to elections - but that’s still tossing out the entire constitution!
There are people on this site (you may be one of them) who will never, ever say Trump has done or is capable of doing anything wrong. They literally idolize him. So yes, I am calling out their false idolization of him.

I am not a lawyer, but a layman’s read of the EUA limits it to another country uleashing, or about to unleash a bioweapon. It applies also to foreign places if there are US citizens serving there.

Trump doesn’t have the balls to do anything of the sort, just look at how he allowed BLM and Antifa to burn the nation’s cities in 2020 with barely a whimper. A President with balls would have declared a national emergency, suspended habeous corpus, and sent the Marine Corps out to arrest the enemies of the USA. But he did nothing. So when the rubber meets the road, I doubt President Trump will have the courage to act.
You will never find anyone on this forum who ever said that. Please don’t be mendacious.
However, it is not wrong to defend Trump against false accusations, and especially when they are demonstrably false. And railing against such defenses with charged terms such as “lord and savior” is an emotional argument.
