I just heard, Adam Frisch called Lauren Boebert to concede, avoining a recount.

Boebert for the Democrats is like Ilhan Omar is for the GOP, she is good to fundraise off of.

No, Frisch called TO concede, not calling ON BOEBERT to concede.

Good. This will sadden the liberal media, who was looking for another scalp. Meh...they've got their
talking points...
Boebertâs slim margin of victory over Democrat Adam Frisch shocked the Colorado political world given the 3rd Districtâs heavy Republican lean
To: real saxophonist
Does this mean the mandatory recount wont happen?
To: MileHi
Boebert is fundraising gold for the Democrats, but the interesting thing about that is that there is a WHOLE lot of misogyny that goes into the Democrat base’s contempt for her. A canny RNC campaign in the general election could exploit this hypocrisy to good effect.

Yep and he is asking for the mandatory recount to not happen.
You know why right? I mean what politician doesn’t want a recount? There is only one scenario that comes to mind and that is they already cheated like hell and a recount will expose the fraud.

The second comma before âandâ is optional, isnât it? I usually use it, but left it off this time. Itâs probably better with it for precise clarity.

Your comma is correct. It does make a difference whether or not you put it there though.
For example:
“eats, shoots and leaves” means exactly what you think.
“eats, shoots (like a gun), and leaves (exits the area).
Brits do not add a comma after and, but in American English, we do. (which I don’t understand why the Brits don’t..)
The comma placement changes the whole meaning.

Here is a
relatively sane article by FiveThirtyEight which attempts to explain why the race was so close.
Essentially: Big self funding by the Democrat, who labled themselves as "conservative".
Half a million outside help for the Democrat, none for Lauren;
no appearance by Trump for Lauren,
a significant "blue wave" in Colorado.
To: MayflowerMadam
Arrogant ass. Perhaps not a arrogant as it would appear. What usually happens after a Republican wins and it goes to a re-count? Perhaps âsmugâ rather that arrogant.

Oops.. minor correction (mistake on my part) (yours is still correct):
“eats shoots and leaves” is correct for the expected meaning.

Awww, Kurt Bardella on MSNBC will be so disappointed to learn of Boebert’s non-future on Onlyfans...
He’ll have to find someone else to entertain himself with.
