A flurry of phone calls and texts at 2am taught me that some long-standing MAGA stalwarts are now preparing to ditch Donald Trump because they didn’t get the flood of feel good results last night. This attitude is incorrect, and sober analysis proves it.
The “OMG RED WAVE!!!” brigade are now the most vociferously disappointed. They set expectations so high – all the while carrying water for a Republican National Committee and party leadership led by the deeply unpopular Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnell and Ronna Romney McDaniel. Now they’re upset.
Up and down the country, McLeadership candidates and strategies came up short of expectations. Not even all that short, to be fair. But still, deflating enough that people are already playing the blame game. Two can play.
Firstly, DC-based Republicans think its enough to run against something, rather than for something. They also fundamentally underestimated the appeal of Democrat messaging on abortion, student loan forgiveness, and the cringe-inducing “our democracy”. Honestly, we all did. People really are getting dumber and more pliant and there’s no ignoring that anymore, ...
Yes, that is going to get people to cross the aisle and vote Republican. /s He does have a beautiful family by the way.
But that isn’t going to win an election. The RATs are uglier than sin and they win with sin.
deciding to pick a fight with DeSantis
I agree but that didn’t make people vote for lefty dems.
I think his exaggerated presence took over the campaign and reminded our sheeple brethern why they voted for FJB in the first place. And they did it again.
And they will do it in 2024. He is kryptonite to them and they will pull out all the stops to defeat him.
It is not a real fight with DeSantis. Trump is actually helping him raise a lot of money from GOPe sources.
And if people had voted another way I’m sure Trump wouldn’t be first line to take credit for it.
Hahaha!
Raheem, you are too smart to be so dumb. Two words: voter fraud — again.
Even NH Gov. Chris Sununu said McConnell waited too late to support Bolduc...like 2 MONTHS too late. Same with Masters. Spent money on pointless races or ones already won.
“People looking for a scapegoat for last night - and they are blaming who ?? The man who singlehandedly brought back the GOP from the dead. The man who singlehandedly drives voter enthusiasm. Such ingratitude.”
After the Bush/Cheney “warfare party” almost killed off the GOP, making the Republican brand about as popular as a child molester, while paving the way for the Obama Presidency.
Trump picked up the pieces and started going after voters that both parties abandoned during their race to globalize everything.
He then defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016.(She didn’t become a bad candidate until after that defeat BTW)
Trump isn’t handing the torch to DeSantis, he’ll compete for delegates in the Republican Primaries just like he did in 2016 & 2020.
I hope DeSantis does run in 2024, he wasn’t on stage in 2016 when a plethora of candidates wanted the job. So I’m glad he’s now confident enough to take his game national.
It should be a fun primary.
<>Too bad you can’t count to three. <>
Too bad you don’t understand sarcasm.
<>Bad candidates. Many selected by Trump<>
That’s the rat media narrative.
Way majority of Trump’s endorsed candidates won.
Oz, Walker and Masters. All in very winnable races
Before everyone takes their toys over to the DeSantis playpen, maybe take a look at the receipts that funded his game.....looks like the “purchaser” is more of the same “Good Old Boy Club” members to me. I’m thinking that DeSantis owes a WHOLE lot more people than Trump ever will and therefore will be dancing at the wrong end of the Club’s line....in other words, “follow the money”.....
It’s called “IDIOCRACY”, I know that movie wasn’t meant to be a documentary but it turns out it IS!
Pretty soon we will all go hungry because “PLANTS CRAVE BRAWNDO”!
People are really stupid and you need to appeal to the basest instincts, the REPUGLICAN’T party doesn’t know how to do that.
FYI, you can drop the question mark and everything after from links. That way facebook, in this case, isn’t getting the link/click credit plus it just looks nicer.

As opposed to;
Yep.
Hope you’re gonna be okay.
Trump endorsed and voted for De Santis.
My camel is just fine. Sorry you got a lemon.
Thanks! I all about “nicer”...lol
So they were responsible for getting the clown show (Oz, Bolduc, Mastriano etc.) thru the primaries?
I imagine in their own ways! We’ll never know.....I stand corrected but didn’t it take President Trump a good deal of time to endorse Oz? If they (No Lips, Fish Lips, Lyin’ Lips) picked them knowing they were weak candidates all the more reason for the 3 stooges to GO!!
DON’T have a pair
Ann Coulter and Ben Shapiro are blaming Trump when as those listed below and Mitch McConnell are to blame as they tried their best to lose.
The republicans now control the House and maybe the Senate and in 2024 the White House.
Raheem J. Kassam
@RaheemKassam
Getting texts from MAGA coattail riders who are now flipping on Trump. Same people who backed Cruz etc in 2016. They don’t get it. This poor performance reveals McCarthy, McConnell, and McDaniel need ousting. Trump didn’t run these campaigns. They did. Appallingly.
