Despite passing an executive order mandating that military members be treated according to their gender identity and not their biological sex, the Biden administration still requires biological men who identify as women to register for the military draft, while those who are "born female and have changed their gender to male" are off the hook.
The Selective Service tweeted a reminder recently telling parents that even "if your son is an only son and the last male in your family to carry the family name, he is still required to register with SSS."

“The tweet elicited a range of angry and confused reactions, with many parents suggesting that their sons would identify as women to avoid the draft.”
I’m not a biologist. How do you tell?
lol. This is great.
I had contempt for the people who dodged the draft during Vietnam. Today, I’d help any kid who wanted to escape serving this Communist tyrant filth. Semper Fi.
Standard Socialist Pretzel Logic!
Seems like a golden opportunity to see what the SCOTUS says? Blatently discriminatory IMHO.

“For the purpose of SSS my son will identify as a girl starting with his 18th birthday.
Checkmate fascist”
Biden & Co. without exception, are off the wall insane.
AND WE’RE LETTING THEM RUN THINGS??? SO HOW NUTS ARE WE???
Oh what a tangled web we weave
When first we practice to deceive
The release of this statement is a message to the world that the once greatest volunteer military force in the world is WOKE AND BROKE.
Whether or not the law requiring men to register for the draft is Constitutional or not—and why wouldn’t it be since when the Constitution was drafted women weren’t expected to be forced to serve—the fact is the Selective Service Act, as written, requires men, not women who ‘identify’ as men, to register. I do not think it is within the President’s (or more truthfully, his handlers) purview to simply change a law passed by Congress.
I read an article on why the military was having problems recruiting people. They mentioned fewer people were qualified and maybe we should lower the requirements. (Too fat, prior drug use, criminal records, etc.) They said there were fewer people of draft age. They said there were better paying jobs and people didn’t need to (implied) do something so low and nasty as join the military. NOT ONE word about wokeness, which I think is the number one reason men aren’t joining the military. Also, a friend’s brother who loved being a Marine and going on deployment was upset that the Marines had gone overboard on race issues and were promoting people for skin color who hadn’t earned the promotion and who were not qualified to be giving orders. Quote, “I’m not going to have some idiot get me and my buddies killed just because he has the rank to order us to do something clearly idiotic.”
Now how about that! All these years we've been hearing the women's lib movement screeching that women are no different then men and should be treated as such.
Suddenly, when the military draft is involved, the women now want to put their skirts back on and go back to being the fragile and weaker sex. In addition, they want to put skirts on their sons as well.
I have an older hippie cousin who fled to Canada in 1970. He went to University there, but only after avoiding conscription for a year. He's a Canadian citizen now
The irony today is: he's got his Ukraine lawn sign. Never questioned Obama's various wars, color-revolutions and dronings. And of course, its a good thing the FBI/CIA were going after Trump - even if they lied and secretly plotted to do it.
We shall have World War IV and a Great Reset.
And bugs shall be the food.
“why wouldn’t it be since when the Constitution was drafted women weren’t expected to be forced to serve”
Because the Constitution has been amended since then with some very relevant provisions.
“For the purpose of SSS my son will identify as a girl starting with his 18th birthday.
Is the pronoun wrong in that sentence? They are talking about a future state.
