I’d like to see how far Trump’s suit gets.

The discovery process should be interesting.
As I understand, at issue are allegations of misrepresentations of financial statements, and appraisals of values of property used as collateral for loans.
I think we all know, a CPA firm would have prepared the financial statements, appraisers would have had to follow their own procedures to coming up with a value for properties, and the bankers would have their own guidelines for approving loans against the properties.
It seems to be that many professional people involved in loans and financial statements, would have a lot to answer for, if there were some gross negligence involved here.
And I’ve heard this is a civil suit, not a criminal suit, so that makes it seem like she wants to get some big bucks from Trump in a legal settlement, at which time all of this goes away.
America opened up its politics for everybody. The left has given us the worst of the worst in return. People like James who couldn’t care less for ethics and just wants revenge.

Another reason to leave New York. She is currently getting exactly what she’s asking for times 10,000. Pretty small thinking.
Another reason they despise Trump. While all of this using the so-called justice system to attack an individual is heinous, Trump has the resources and cojones to not just fight back, but win. He then calls out the evildoers (media, politicians, whoever) and confronts them publicly.
I will never forget when Pelousy and Schumer were invited by Trump to the Oval Office to discuss moving forward. It was soon after Trump’s inauguration. Trump invited several media to witness an open discussion. Pelousy looked around at all the cameras and stated ‘well, we can’t do this with all of them (media) here. She wouldn’t be able to lie and cheat about what happened if it was on video.
Inquiring minds want to know…. SO WHO WAS DEFRAUDED?

Yes, I’m no financial whiz but her charges seem totally nuts. He lied about the valuation of his assets to get loans and pay less taxes? Well excuse me, don’t banks and the IRS have appraisers, assessors, auditers that work for them?? It’s not like I can walk into a bank and say “Hey I own a house that is worth $100 billion dollars give me a loan for $50 billion “ and they will immediately say “Yes sir, we completely believe you, here is your check”
