This is where the problems for this case rest. Unless there were misrepresentations on NY government documents, the only “plaintiffs” with standing to sue would be the banks and other financial outfits that dealt with Trump concerning loans. They are not, as far as I can tell, a plaintiff in this suit. They have not claimed, as part of this suit, to have been defrauded, and they could not since they were all paid in full.
