This bill prohibits out of state authorities from acting on subpoenas, warrants, or child custody issues. It would also prohibit “a provider of health care, a health care service plan, or a contractor from releasing medical information related to a person or entity allowing a child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care.”
If it wasn’t already bad enough, it gets worse.
The bill would prohibit the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care. The bill would prohibit a court from finding that it is an inconvenient forum where the law or policy of another state that may take jurisdiction limits the ability of a parent to obtain gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care, as defined, and the provision of such care is at issue in the case before the court. The bill would authorize a court to take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care. The federal government has no authority in the state of California? I actually like the sound of that.
And if they only mean "other states" have no authority, then why didn't that apply to Homosexual Marriage? Sure, the state of Massachusetts may think that you two are married, but Alabama doesn't recognize that.
It's all just arbitrary isn't it? There is no Rule of Law. It's just government saying "Here's how we feel about that today".

In other news, they’re changing the name of the state to Groomerfornia.

Gender is the word used when describing nouns in Spanish and other languages. Humans do not have a gender.
“Gender affirming” surgery is mutilation.
The only reason why the dems love trans, is that they want as many people in the artificial group “LGBTetc”. It is a solid voting block. The dems don’t care that they are ruining peoples’ lives.
The group “LGBTetc” needs to be renamed to “people who don’t have sex the normal way, and delusionary individuals who think they can change their sex.”
What happens when the last taxpayer leaves Kalifornia?
“This bill prohibits out of state authorities from acting on subpoenas, warrants, or child custody issues.”
And California is going to enforce this on the other forty-nine states with what army?
