If there is one thing you can say for the Democrats, it is that once they get a winning formula, they will follow it again and again in their quest for power.
They’ve done this for decades. Playing the race card, manipulating the language, and demonizing both their opponents as well as those who support their opponents. In 2020, we saw the emergence of another tactic: hiding the candidate.
Pennsylvania Democrats have taken note of the “hide the candidate” strategy and are using it with their senatorial candidate, Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, whose campaign has consisted of a few memes sandwiched around a handful of very brief public appearances.

They will try but I don’t think it will work this time around for the following reasons:
1. Everyone knows the strategy already.
2. OZ is a “nice guy” so why not debate him?
3. It is much more focused being only one state.
I’ve seen tho gs I never thought I’d see in the last 3-4 years , like pulling statues down if American heroes.
Another thing is a winning political strategy of staying OUT of the limelight and campaigning.
I don’t see this strategy working. Biden was running against a well-known incumbent with a lot of negatives. Fetterman is running against a charismatic TV character who is an unknown in the political world and puts the creepy Democrat slob to shame just by looking like a normal man.
I like the suggestion made from another Freeper. “Eastwood” him. Debate the empty chair.

I hope that the press in PA are less corrupt than our national press. Then it will be public more often and the people don’t like the strategy. The national press protected Brandon.
Yes, and for this mess of a candidate the less eyes on his the better. Ds are going to vote for Ds regardless of who the candidate is.
Katie Hobbs in Arizona is trying to use this same strategy against Kari Lake. No debates and no ads as far as I’ve seen. I drive around the Phoenix area every day and I’ve yet to see one Hobbs poster (or yard sign, for that matter).
If people in this country continue to give the Democrats more power, goodbye Republic.

Ita because they count the votes, they don’t need to convince the voters of anything. They’ve got mail in ballots and that’s all they need to win.
