Eric Trump revealed FBI agents refused to hand over the search warrant for their raid on Mar-a-Lago and kicked an attorney off the property in a new, incisive account of the Monday operation at the Florida estate.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, the former president's son said the 30 agents who arrived at the property asked staff to turn security cameras off – but they refused.
The bureau, he said, also brought safe crackers in to break into his father's safe, and he slammed the investigators for rummaging former first lady Melania's wardrobe and searching through clothing.
He called the raid another 'coordinated attack' on his father Donald Trump and insisted there is no way President Joe Biden was kept in the dark about the search.
The latest explosive account comes with the Department of Justice facing mounting pressure to explain what grounds they had for the search.
Eric said that his father's lawyer Christina Bobb was forced to stand at the end of the Mar-a-Lago driveway throughout the raid.
'There's 30 agents there,' he recalled of the Monday search in a phone call with DailyMail.com. 'They told our lawyer… you have to leave the property right now. Turn off all security cameras.'
'They would not give her the search warrant,' he claimed. 'So they showed it to her from about 10 feet away. They would not give her a copy of the search warrant.'

The DOJ and FBI have a lot of explaining to do and until they show some transparency, they will die by a thousand cuts—judge shopped, bad warrant, unconstitutional demand for no cameras or attorneys, and how do they deny this was anything but intimidation and a fishing expedition? And they’ll start throwing each other under the bus pretty quickly. Wonder if it will cost Garland and Wray their jobs? And what if someone says that Biden was briefed in advance, impeach?
Sorry sport, handing them the warrant as you leave does not suffice legally.
The FBI is a pack of stinking liars. Their warrant was not legitimate, or they would’ve happily handed it over to his attorney as she stood there. Second of all, if they stuck to the scope of the warrant they would have no problem with the lawyer standing quietly observing them. It would’ve been a protection for them. The FBI lies and cannot be trusted. And then they do things like this which are precisely what someone with something to hide would do.

That’s a good question. It also begs the question as to “why” FBI agents aren’t REQUIRED to WEAR and USE body cams that whose recordings can be legally subpoenaed?
Why? Because FBI agents LIE. They lie constantly. It’s what they do.

Back in my LE days we had to give a copy of the warrant to person’s home being searched and leave an inventory of everything taken away. Is that no longer true???
It may not be much. But he can come to my house anytime he pleases. And I would defend him like we were fighting off Apaches, I’ll even keep an extra Winchester for him. If we can’t win anyway, we might as well go out in style.
There was probably an enumerated search warrant, but this was just the foot in the door to search the whole place.

Even if nothing comes from the papers removed by the FBI, how do you think this will be looked at by others. If you were a person of position, wealth and/or influence, wouldn’t this make you think twice about having anything to do with DJT down the road? ‘Though you may trust the former President, what guarantee do you have that your communications with him will remain confidential?
The FBI and the rest of the swamp are succeeding in their attempts to destroy the former President.
