Eric Trump revealed FBI agents refused to hand over the search warrant for their raid on Mar-a-Lago and kicked an attorney off the property in a new, incisive account of the Monday operation at the Florida estate.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, the former president's son said the 30 agents who arrived at the property asked staff to turn security cameras off – but they refused.
The bureau, he said, also brought safe crackers in to break into his father's safe, and he slammed the investigators for rummaging former first lady Melania's wardrobe and searching through clothing.
He called the raid another 'coordinated attack' on his father Donald Trump and insisted there is no way President Joe Biden was kept in the dark about the search.
The latest explosive account comes with the Department of Justice facing mounting pressure to explain what grounds they had for the search.
Eric said that his father's lawyer Christina Bobb was forced to stand at the end of the Mar-a-Lago driveway throughout the raid.
'There's 30 agents there,' he recalled of the Monday search in a phone call with DailyMail.com. 'They told our lawyer… you have to leave the property right now. Turn off all security cameras.'
'They would not give her the search warrant,' he claimed. 'So they showed it to her from about 10 feet away. They would not give her a copy of the search warrant.'

1. Trump has been spending his summers at his golf club in Bedminster, NJ for years. Even when he was President he’d spend 3-4 weeks there every summer.
2. Everyone involved in this fiasco would have known this.
3. I haven’t seen any indication that any Trump family member was at Mar-A-Lago.
4. Any Secret Service agents on the premises at Mar-A-Lago were likely just the skeleton staff that guards the homes of a former President.
5. It sounds like a Trump attorney in Florida was dispatched to the scene shortly before or after the FBI arrived.

Politico is claiming lawyers have it and the FBI manifest.
“The warrant refers to the Presidential Records Act and possible violation of law over handling of classified information, according to Christina Bobb, a lawyer for the former president. The warrant hasn’t been made public.”
He could have said some armed people in FBI t-shirts were claiming to be FBI but were refusing to produce the warrant, and he was worried they were pretending to be FBI.
You are right. I would add that the Jersey mob has a higher standard of ethics than the FBI.
My wild theory is that Trump helped orchestrate this raid … because it gave him all the political cover he needed to plead the Fifth Amendment in his New York State civil deposition today.

He needs a new lawyer. And one with a backbone to stand up to those two illegal acts. If a local police department refused to provide the warrant, and forced the attorney to leave, the FBI would be pursuing civil rights investigations.
It will take forever.
Nothing has made it to SCOTUS regarding the J6 political prisoners being held without charge, and they have been languishing for over a year and a half.
Garland could throw Trump in jail the same way, and it would have to make it's way through the system before he would get his day in court. These bastards are pure evil, and the RINOs in CONgress would write a sternly worded letter and do nothing else.

It is not that the FBI is stupid, it is that they are above the law. They don’t have to worry about trivial things like honesty and fairness. The Deep State creatures have become the Untouchables. Laws have no meaning or consequence for those who live in and run the swamp.

Ha ha ha. I've heard him repeat that tired line so many times, and I haven't listened to Hannity in several years. I wonder when Hannity is going to come out and marry Lindsey Graham? They make the perfect couple.
