A 4-year-old child has captured hearts — and sparked a heated online debate — after announcing he was a boy via a rainbow-fueled gender reveal at the Vancouver Pride Parade.
Charlie Danger Lloyd of Canada was assigned female at birth — but from a young age expressed he was a boy, his mom said.
Now-viral footage and photos captured the moment young Charlie — with his grandmother by his side — released a confetti canon that filled the area with blue smoke.
“Once they closed the road, Charlie strutted out with Grammy and they faced the sidelines and after a short struggle, the cannon exploded with blue smoke and biodegradable confetti,” his mom Alaina Bourrel, 27, told South West News Service after her little boy ran into her arms. “Charlie jumped with joy as the crowd cheered him on. He couldn’t believe the love and support he was shown from the bystanders.”
Despite Charlie’s happiness, his mom said she has come under attack by vicious trolls online, calling her a “pedophile, groomer and rapist” for her son’s transition.
However, Bourrel said that her child started expressing different gender needs at the age of 2, telling his family he was “growing to look just like daddy” and “I’m a boy” all day every day.

"from a young age" and is currently only 4. Many kids express things like they will be like superman when they grow up, etc. Believe in the tooth fairy, Santa Claus, etc. That doesn't make it true.
When I was 4 i never announced I was a boy.

No one is “assigned” what sex you are at birth...You are either male or female, no matter what anyone tells you or what you tell anyone...

These unfortunate children are exploited and being treated as noting more than props by their attention seeking parents. Many will ultimately commit suicide in their teens as a result of the abuse.
No, she did not come out androgynous and the doctor randomly “assigned” a sex to her.

1). There is a reason why we don't let children make life altering decisions for themselves.
2). Behind every child that claims to be a different gender, is a groomer.

Yes, as little as 10 years ago, if a kid said something like this, the parents would explain the difference between boys and girls and how that is how we were born, and then they would go “oh, okay!” and go back to playing with their toys.
Now, crazy people here a kid say that and say “oh, really?” and immediately begin the “transition.”
I knew a kid who proclaimed he was a tank. Went around firing his arm at targets.

For a growing number of bored people, the need for a few fleeting minutes of fame — of attention — outweighs the moral imperative to raise a mentally and physically healthy child. And that despicable decision is widely celebrated by equally vile, bored individuals living empty lives.
Wow. You can bet the kid will prolly hate G’ma once it gets into its teens, even if it never regrets its transition.
I knew this one family really, really well over many years of time. One of the boys in it was gay. By the time he told the rest of the family, he already had an HIV infection - although apparently only a few people knew about it. I was one of those few. I was nice to him and we hung out when he visited on holidays.
He started to get an attraction toward one of my boyfriends and hassled this guy with unwanted mailings and emails about organized gayness and gay activism. This was back in the 1990s. I told him to stop doing this to my friend and he got upset with me and started stalking/doxing me.
So when he came out as gay some of his family - for example, his grandparents who were really old - didn’t like that and so they all didn’t speak for a long time, but finally one day the grandparents relented and they had him over for Xmas dinner and so on.
Everybody ended up being really, really nice to this guy and trying to show him how loved he was by the rest of the family in spite of the fact that he was a f@g.
Not only that, but an activist f@g. One of his beliefs concerned him and apparently a whole bunch of other f@gs thinking Barack 0bama (remember him?) is a Messiah. Like, a real, actual Messiah with magic powers and so on. If you want to know where some of that weird worship stuff came from.
So some years into this, someone started telling me that Roy (not his real name) started being nasty to the family and getting confrontational with grandparents and so on. He apparently doxed and stalked one of his brothers’ girl friends - and again, it was someone who bent over backwards to be nice to him and accepting of him.
No matter how nice you are to them, they always end up turning on you because you can’t fix what’s wrong with them and you are one of the ones who “knows” about them. So eventually they have to get rid of you.
So Granny better keep a bug-out bag ready for when this kid gets a little older. And, like I said, the kid will turn on her regardless of whether it decides for or against sex change.

Well...saying a 4 year old can go through such a "transition" isn't going to reflect well on you, let alone putting them in a parade to promote said "transition."
