Anyone know how Kobach is doing?

With 45% of the vote in he's running neck-and-neck with Warren.

Interesting. The wording of the ballot measure looks like it was written by the pro-abortion side so that the ads/propaganda could claim being against abortion is extremist.
Who wrote it?

“My guess is that the Republican wave is barely going to be a trickle.”

It might not be a bad thing to let these pro abortion zealots “blow off steam.”

They’re voting on emotion and it’ll eventually subside as economic pain becomes an issue.

The democrats with their environmental positions(Especially in regards to the energy sector) will cause economic havoc.

I’m not worried long term but short term these female fanatics will cause us some political damage.

Yeah I’m really surprised cause even in the counties that trump won by a lot they voted to keep abortion legal so if that is what they want than it is what it is that’s why people vote

Kobach isn't running for governor. He's running for Attorney General.

He's not running for governor. He's running for attorney general. Derek Schmidt is the R candidate for governor.

I don’t know why, but the name of former US Senator Nancy Kassebaum (R-KS) popped into my mind after seeing this thread. https://www.k-state.edu/landon/speakers/nancy-kassebaum/

Christ will not return because government is evil, but because humans are evil.

We got the government through the SC to make the people of the states decide on abortion, the people in Kansas spoke.

Christ will return one day because humans are evil in their hearts.

No two ways to cut it. That is a FACT!

Between the working/ unemployed poor and lower middle class of Leavenworth and Wyandotte counties predominantly voting No, and the Johnson County upper middle class leftist Karens voting No, the ballot measure was doomed to fail. I was hoping it would pass but not surprised it failed.

With 71% of the vote in and with ‘no’ up by 26 points NBC is the first to call the referendum. ‘No’ in a walk. The state constitution will not be amended.

“People are pretty stupid. The wording may have confused some.”

How would people who are Pro Life be ‘pretty stupid’ and get confused over ballot language?

There was a lot of (out of state) money thrown into the race

This is why we no longer have a representative government.
