A whole bunch of street cred comes from being imprisoned by communists. Especially if your already have name recognition and reputation.
It puts him in a position to be, at least, a General when the trials and hangings start.
I believe he’ll give a news conference where he publicly says “EFF YOU, COME AND GET ME” lol
They’re never going to shut Bannnon unless they murder him. And I wouldn’t put that past them.

“Contempt of Congress” is not a charge. We hired these people; they work FOR US.
If anything, they should be found in contempt of the people.

The only way President Trump could have stopped the chaos at the Capitol was to have the help of the National Guard. The Democommies planned this National Guard rejection in order to apply their master plan. When the Dem engineers of the chaos shot down his request to provide the National Guard, what was President Trump to do? Should he have waved a magic wand and have the troops show up? Was there the Fairy Godmother to help him? All he could do was turn on the TV and watch—or, do something else.
President Trump knew this was a false flag operation as soon as he turned on the TV. It was a coup plot to put the blame on him and the MAGA movement. I think he was busy getting direct live evidence from the NSA as the coup agents coordinated the False Flag operation.
We must understand that the NSA is responsible for global monitoring, collection, and processing of information and data for foreign and domestic intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. I bet he called NSA to get the information he wanted. I imagine he got the two-way cell phone calls from the inner circle of operatives (Pelosci is my first suspect). While Trump was getting that information, he appeared to be slacking in his duties. The reason we haven’t got the true nature of what he was doing, nor the results of his inquiry, is because this is Trump’s Trump Card. He wants to play it in a strategic move. I think Bannon, through his connections, knows too.

I wonder how many Democrats have ever been prosecuted for a ignoring a subpoena from Congress?
Did Bannon have a position in the administration on which to base a claim of executive privilege?
If he wasn’t formally part of the executive branch of government, I don’t think executive privilege applies.
Not a legal mind or even a constitutional mind but it seems strange that an elected body can impose criminal charges. As a Canadian I would be shocked if the Parliament was able to DEMAND the attendance of an every day citizen that voted for them. I thought they served us not the other way around? Again, I might be getting this wrong, but I thought only a legal actor like the AG could impose charges?
