New York Judge Ralph Porzio ruled on Monday that New York City's extension of voting rights to non-U.S. citizens violated the New York Constitution, the state's election law, and the Municipal Home Rule Law — rendering another Democrat attempt to undermine elections illegal, null, and void.
A bill creating the new class of non-citizen voters — potentially numbering as many as 900,000 new voters in New York City municipal elections — was passed by the New York City Council in December 2021, but not vetoed or signed by former Mayor Bill de Blasio. After 30 days without action from de Blasio, the bill was considered adopted under the council's rules.
As the order from Judge Porzio explains, the "New York State Constitution expressly establishes voting qualifications for local elections" and is "defined as a right of 'citizens.'" In addition, New York's election law "states only 'citizens' may vote in elections." And New York's home rule law also mandates that "local laws may not be inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution or of any general law." The attempt to allow non-citizens to vote meant that the New York City Council was in violation of all three.

4. Non citizens denied vote
Man, this keeps getting better. Sadly, the branDUHn 'b'administration is still in charge.
A number of victories lately. I don’t want to get overly optimistic but...it seems like the tide is turning.
“4. Non citizens denied vote”
I hate to be “that guy” however I seriously doubt what a judge says is gonna stop it.
They want to allow non-citizens to vote in state and local elections so they can “mix” the ballots for federal elections.
If they get caught, it will be “oops, our bad...we didn’t mean it”
Now we need to repeal the NY ‘SAFE’ Act
Yeah, from reports I’ve seen, the night of rage was dismall. Some damage but not as much (yet) as I expected. Maybe they overestimated how much people care about the made up constitution and the return to the actual constitution . 😵💫
But Barack Hussein told us that when you vote, that makes you a citizen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MU089nnBK9M
Yet, no mention of the NYCC’s attempt to usurp (steal) the State’s PLENARY authority to regulate and hold elections within their borders.
Will we get tired of winning?
:: the night of rage was dismall ::
misspelling chkt but, agreeable.
ICWUDT
Let’s hope the tide’s turning.
It could just be window dressing before the midterms.
Trump is not even in power anymore yet we have ALL THIS WINNING!!
You are correct but it is a big difference between legal and not. If it stood this BS would spread like weeds.
“They want to allow non-citizens to vote in state and local elections so they can “mix” the ballots for federal elections.”
If they let them mail in the ballots, that could potentially be over a billion Democrat votes from China alone! Before they even get to the fraudulent, made up, or no longer living people.
Oh, well. I guess New York will have to go back to the traditional methods for stealing elections.
Anyway, I’ll bet this was just a first step, and they were planning to extend these voting rights to the state and maybe even national level. Good that they were stopped, at least for now.
The Democrats know the non-citizens would vote for whoever promises more welfare for non-citizens, especially illegal aliens. Vote for your “free” health care (U.S. veterans, take the last place in line), vote for “free” housing (U.S. citizens, it is a “hate crime” to complain about the Section 8 housing the Feds put up in your once-nice neighborhood).
Biggest victories coming in November elections.
More than 1 million voters switch to GOP in warning for Dems

The solution is to deport the NY city counsel.
Don’t worry, the Dems handed out voter registration cards to non-citizens and don’t have voter id or verification.
