Former President Donald Trump renewed his attacks on his former vice president on Friday, dismissing Mike Pence as a 'human conveyor belt' for failing to reject what he said were fraudulent votes in the 2020 election.
It came at the end of a week that revealed more evidence of the way he and his allies tried and failed to persuade Pence to overturn the result.
The House January 6 committee released testimony of a White House official saying that Trump called Pence a 'wimp.'

No name is given. Making it all the more suspicious. It reminds me of all those unnamed sources that the media cited in another attack on trump on stories that turned out to be untrue.
I don’t know why people keep posting this verifiably false B.S. here. No legislature did any such thing. A group of a dozen people in a state legislate with 250+ representatives can’t act on behalf of the legislature.
No, no state officially turned in another slate of electors.
Several states had a few legislators get together and write letters, choose alternate "electors", etc., but no state legislature even debated or voted on different electors.
Pence should just go away and realize that any chance he had for future elective office died on January 6th. I find his wandering around acting like he is relevant to be very annoying.
No offense, but posting bullsh!t makes the regulars on this website look like a bunch of retarded children.
No state turned in more than a single slate of electors.
You recall incorrectly.
its not really a certification process, is it?
Then what is it?
CC
You cannot have a conveyor belt ina position of responsibility.
Pence is human excrement, which is why that fly was in his hair at the VP debate.
Desertification and not certifying are two different things. The constitution gives the vice President the job of certifying the election but it does not say that the VP has to do so immediately. At the least Pence should have put off certification so that they could have had time make a case and let the courts get involved.
And where does it give him this power? It's not in Article I or the 12th Amendment.
At the least Pence should have put off certification so that they could have had time make a case and let the courts get involved.
He didn't have that authority.
excellent worth repeating
Nice to read something intelligent. Thanks for this.
Pence balanced the religion component of the ticket.
He wasn’t even up to backing up his own religion in Indiana. He was a RINO poser.
Pence is a wimp. Among other worse things.
you are so smart
