Former President Donald Trump renewed his attacks on his former vice president on Friday, dismissing Mike Pence as a 'human conveyor belt' for failing to reject what he said were fraudulent votes in the 2020 election.
It came at the end of a week that revealed more evidence of the way he and his allies tried and failed to persuade Pence to overturn the result.
The House January 6 committee released testimony of a White House official saying that Trump called Pence a 'wimp.'

Well, I suppose that rules out a 2024 Trump-Pence ticket. /s
lulz
You keep using that word ‘overturn’. I do not think it means what you think it means.
This opens up the awesome GOP alternative RINO deep state
Pence-liz Cheney ticket XD
“Wimp” describes Pence perfectly, along with an uncountable number of other RINOs.
Love him or hate him, Trump at least has a personality. You can never say that about Pence.
And that’s only the stuff I can say in public.
I never DID get an explanation as to why Pence did not decertify AT LEAST the state ofg Pennsylvania.
What would I like? Trump/ DeSantis ticket or Trump/Rand Paul Ticket or a Trump/ Cruz ticket—or even a Trump/Tucker ticket?
Maybe he is a never Trumper. I did not feel comfortable with him since day one. I don’t think I am alone.
I don’t he could legally decertify anything, but that does not mean that he had to certify the election in the first place. At the least he could have just chosen not to certify the election and forced the courts to figure it out.
Once AGAIN, PDJT was/is CORRECT!!!!!
The vice president is the one person in place to stop the vote fraud we experianced in 2020.
Unfortunenately DJT is correct about the post birth abortion issue and the gendering issue. There are indeed some females that think watching their infant put to death is the most sexually exciting thing they can imagine, not a myth.
There are legal reasons. Those who wrote the laws certainly did not intend that the person up for election (Gore, Pence, etc. ) uo have the power to decertify any State's electoral votes.
They all sound good EXCEPT Cruz. He’s as wishy-washy as they come. He’d turn on Trump ten times faster than Pence did — in a frickin’ heartbeat.
If not exactly that, he could’ve returned results to the legislatures of some states for THEM to de-certify their submitted results. IIRC, at least one legislature (PA, I think) requested that.
trump/musk revenge tour 2024...
it’s our turn to nominate an ineligible african-american...
No, that’s the biggest problem with Pence taking any action. No states submitted competing electors nor disputed anything.
Individual legislators in a few states did but they have no constitutional weight.
