Without citing a source, Musk claimed in a tweet that Twitter is “20% fake/spam accounts” and suggested Twitter’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission were misleading. The company has said that less than 5% of its daily active users are spam accounts.

This is a helluva good way to root-out the facts regarding the number of Bot accounts. Good on Musk for shining a light on the behind-the-scenes areas of Twitter.
Whatever the plan it’s working out to perfection.
If Elon just exposes Twitter and collapses it, fine & dandy. If he drives down the price, fires most of the staff and creates a free speech platform, excellent as well.

Those who control the bots conceivably control the discourse on Twitter, essentially controlling the "cancel culture" of the Left.
Controlling those bots may be the most powerful political influence in the nation.
I'd bet money that Musk has a solid source documenting the rate is actually 25%.
And that the twitter senior engineer interviewed works 5 hours a week which is fine, many at twitter take a month off for mental health. The engineer is stepping it up a bit because he wants a raise.

I expect the entire Board to resign within a few days.
Dumping his shares would drive their price way down. Now might be a good time to short sell.
I think the board is trapped forever. They can't resign and let someone else control the investigation into their years of fraud.
So, if Twitter doesn’t sell to Musk they are looking at a wave of securities fraud lawsuits. Most will be filed a class actions.
My guess is that the “Bot Accounts” were run from within the Twitter organization which would make the “misleading” of the FEC an actual conspiracy to defraud investors!
I believe the CIA plays a major role in the funding and propaganda of Twitter.
I think a lot of the panic from the Left over the Elon Musk offer is they know the U.S. government is manipulating Twitter for propaganda purposes and the truth will come out.
