Brain aneurysms usually are emergency events. In the chronic sense where there are symptoms, and they go in to repair a small aneurysm, the results sometimes still aren’t that great, long term. Didn’t Biden have one?

IOWs, if Xi survived an emergency event, without complications, he might be ok, but who is running the country if he is incapacitated for days or weeks...?
