The hyperbolic reactions on CNN continued on Tuesday in the aftermath of the Supreme Court opinion draft on Roe v. Wade being leaked to Politico Monday evening, where it appears the highest court in the U.S. is set to overturn the hotly debated decision.
CNN Legal Analyst Laura Coates warned with abortion rights on the potentially going away, then other rights such as gay marriage and interstate travel are now in jeopardy. Coates noted Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the leaked draft opinion, said Roe v. Wade was settled law during his confirmation hearings.

The 5-4 gay marriage decision, authored by failed GOP appointee Anthony Kennedy is just as unsupported in the Constitution as Roe v. Wade. The decision made a right out of something that not only is not mentioned in the Constitution but which was a felony at the time the Constitution (including the post Civil War amendments) was ratified.
Think of all the pain and suffering that could have been avoided if the SCOTUS had used COMMON SENSE from the beginning!
No, abortion is MURDER.
No, xx cannot marry xx, and xy cannot marry xy, because the DEFINITION of marriage is xx + xy. You’re free to do what you want, but DON’T CALL IT MARRIAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's also what the Aztecs said
Whatever happened to them, by the way?
I wonder if the Supreme Court can ban FAKE NEWS and knock CNN off the air? 🤪
I’ve been told it’s only a women’s issue, and I should but out, so I will go natural all willy nilly.
They refused the Covid vaccine.
The legal case was the recognition of the contract from state to state.
Honestly, I never understood why the states or Fed’s really give a hoot whether or not I am married. I stood before my family and God for that “contract.” No one else needs to know or care.
What is wrong with these smart, independent, highly educated women that they can’t figure out how to prevent pregnancies? The other thing is, Mississippi is simply banning abortion after 15 weeks, so again these very intelligent women who don’t need men but get pregnant anyway have no idea whether they had a period for four months and now have to cross state lines to qualify to murder? Seems to me birth control methods would have been much easier.
Interstate travel? Is that like walking across the Mexican border?
It was settled.
That was then. This is now.
“Only for minorities”.
Illegals excluded.
saw Shumer about an hour ago....man, he sounded like a hysterical woman...they’ve lost it...
More CNN enemedia lies and disinformation, but don’t expect the Ministry of Truth Czarina to do anything about it.
The left is suddenly confronted with the idea that legislating from the bench has some undesirable effects.
Amazing the pivot in seconds by libs.
From “get the vaccine or get fired and be locked in your home” to “MY BODY MY CHOICE!” when it comes to killing the unborn.
Hope springs eternal.
Supreme Court is not banning anything.
But at least they _should_ let the “marriage” thing go to the states.
This will continue to make the split more evident.
With so many people here hating us Americans more than they hate the actual enemies, it’s not looking great.
One side kinda has to win, but the good side doesn’t really like hurting people and destroying stuff.
I strongly oppose a ban on interstate travel.
Wait, what?!? “… and interstate travel ”
What orifice did they pull that one from?
“It was settled. That was then. This is now.”
Yup.
Hell, at one time it was settled “science” that the earth was flat, and the sun moved around the earth.
