The hyperbolic reactions on CNN continued on Tuesday in the aftermath of the Supreme Court opinion draft on Roe v. Wade being leaked to Politico Monday evening, where it appears the highest court in the U.S. is set to overturn the hotly debated decision.
CNN Legal Analyst Laura Coates warned with abortion rights on the potentially going away, then other rights such as gay marriage and interstate travel are now in jeopardy. Coates noted Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the leaked draft opinion, said Roe v. Wade was settled law during his confirmation hearings.

I especially like the "ban on interstate travel" threat. This is one of the goals of the left. One of the primary reasons that they're pushing electric vehicles down our throats in spite of the fact that not very many people want them is that EVs make traveling any significant distance very difficult and very time consuming.
The world will end tomorrow if we cannot kill more babies.
Given the fact that by law, 2 of the justices should have refused themselves from the gay marriage case and if they did, it would have been struck down, SCOTUS should get rid of it.
On a side note, I could care less about gays getting married. But the rules are the rules and they should be followed. Even with Kennedy admitting he voted in favor of gay marriage because he felt bad for them.
How about plate techtonics - is the Supreme Court going to declare it illegal as well?
It’d be a lot cooler if they did.
Well maybe, just maybe the sc will ban cnn…
Well at the heart of this is issue is the fact someone is in fact ending a life voluntarily. Gay marriage, interstate travel , spitting on sidewalks or jaywalking wont carry the same weight in the future than life and death of a child....sorry CNN.
Maybe the SC can take up the issue of blatantly fictional takes from the media that pass for facts.
The meltdowns are in full swing. Interstate travel??????
They're just following the Constitution's Tenth Amendment which reads:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Show me your work so I know how you got there, CNN. wow...
Marriage is state regulated.
Idiots.
Interstate travel? WTF?
“Gay marriage” was never “legalized”. States just began recognizing it, against the voting will of the public.
SSM was another situation that should have been left to state legislatures.
The states certainly can, if they so choose, ban “gay marriage”, as it is a state jurisdictional responsibility, but not “interstate travel”, as that is specifically the Constitutional jurisdictional responsibility of the FedGov.
This proves CNN’s audience are frigging morons.
I swear if CNN said if you vote for a conservative. A puppy will die and 20 of their audience would believe it.
I’m sure the current DHS would love to restrict interstate travel for Deplorables/MAGA-Peeps.
Gorsuch moves to ban adorable big-eyed puppies and cuddly fuzzy kittens. And peanut butter.
