The hyperbolic reactions on CNN continued on Tuesday in the aftermath of the Supreme Court opinion draft on Roe v. Wade being leaked to Politico Monday evening, where it appears the highest court in the U.S. is set to overturn the hotly debated decision.
CNN Legal Analyst Laura Coates warned with abortion rights on the potentially going away, then other rights such as gay marriage and interstate travel are now in jeopardy. Coates noted Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the leaked draft opinion, said Roe v. Wade was settled law during his confirmation hearings.

I especially like the “ban on interstate travel” threat.
That’s to build the fear that a pregnant woman
won’t be able to travel to a state that allows abortion.

No such thing as gay marriage

True. But in typical liberal/leftists fashion, they didn’t get their way. So off to court they go. Gay marriage was on the ballot more than once in California. Voted down every time.

They are making bigger fools of themselves while voters struggle about what to scratch off their grocery list this week.

If only a woman could choose to take a pill that keeps them from getting pregnant, or have the man wear a condom, or keep her legs closed...

They should never have usurped the marriage issue and they should return it to the states for the citizens to decide.

In his draft, Alito made it very clear that the abortion decision has no relation to any other right that was added to the Constitution via the Fourteenth Amendment's due process clause.
Abortion is the only issue where two lives are in conflict, so a ruling in this case will have absolutely no bearing on any other issue.

Uh, giving authority back to the states perhaps?

Given the fact that by law, 2 of the justices should have refused recused themselves from the gay marriage case and if they did, it would have been struck down, SCOTUS should get rid of it.Regards,

I suggest the women go to a local Farm and Ranch store and get a hog nose ring set. This way they could staple their vulva closed. No more painful than a lip or nose ring.
As for the guys, a hog ring in the “meatus” will take care of any desires.

Interstate travel is the only of these things guaranteed by the Constitution.
