Is it time for NATO to tell the Ukraine NO WAY as far as admittance?

And this is what Putin does to a nuke plant less than a days drive from Moscow.

It could be bad if the control center got damaged. I doubt there are of the newest fail-safe, meltdown-proof design.
To: DFG
You would think the Russians would want to capture the power plant intact so they could use it.

Who gives orders to tell troops yo fire a nuclear power plant? Putin’s a rabid crazed dog that needs to be put down.

"Is it time for NATO to tell the Ukraine NO WAY as far as admittance?" NATO will not stop agitating the war in the Ukraine until the last Ukrainian is dead or a refugee.
If the WEF globalists cannot control the Ukraine and pillage its resources they plan to destroy it out of spite.

Or is it time for NATO to tell Vlad to put the brakes on lest they intervene to prevent another Chernobyl?

Zelenskyy is a clown, Putin is a clown and Biden craps his pants and doesn’t know it. We’re in trouble.

If Putin blows up a nuclear plant and irradiates half of Europe I have to assume that is an Article 5 violation and Russia get cooked.

Not much, unless you are a Russian soldier or a civilian south east of Enerhodar. If the plant control systems are damaged, and the plant goes into a failure mode the main containment system may or may not prevent the release of a cloud of radioactive steam and debris.
With the current winds that fallout plume will land somewhere southeast of the plant. It is likely to create great damage to the cities recently conquered by Russia.
If the plant fails dramatically, and the winds shift towards the southwest slightly the Russians can say goodbye to Crimea.
Who knows, Russia's invasion of Ukraine may be over sooner than everyone predicted. Luckily they have naval assets in Crimea to evacuate it if they have to.
