Here in the Bay Area, the local media plays up the “stop Asian hate” narrative ... and the puts on talking heads (some of them self-appointed leaders in the Asian community) complaining about “white supremacy” and Trump talking about the China virus. It’s utterly divorced from reality, but they can’t deviate from the narrative. The first step in solving any problem is to be honest about it. We’re not there yet.

The Slimes just published an article that outright lies about this, claiming that most of these crimes are committed by whites, and you guessed it, white Trump supporters. It’s a total lie but, hey, they found some so-called expert to quote, so it must be true, right? “Experts” can’t lie, can they?
