He will have to try to get venue outside of DC, where the grand and trial juries reflect the population, and are all Democrat. If he alleges a conspiracy, venue is proper when any overt act took place.

We looked at intelligence and we all unanimously agreed that there was a problem there with respect to the FBIIt isn't just the FBI, John. Obama had 8 years to seed the government with Marxist trash, and I'm quite sure he took full advantage of those 8 years.

Just ignore that lower level lawyers don't file with FISA courts to spy on Presidential candidates without their bosses knowing it.
As Ari Fleischer pointed out, there is no way the FBI went to the FISA courts to spy on Trump without Obama knowing.
There no way the FBI and DOJ did that for Hillary, without more than the Obama administration being in on it, too.
