And what is his retirement date? I am guessing the perfect date to set up the confirmation hearings right at October/November to try to motivate a base that know their dementia puppet is a failure…

A liberal replacing a liberal...no change. Why do I think the nominee will be a super surprise...hmmmm...or not...

Might be Garland... to stick in Mitch’s eye..

I am sure he is retiring because he knows the GOP will be taking back the Senate later this year. This is the best chance he has of making sure a liberal replaces him before he dies.

Replacing an 83-year old with a 53-year old adds 30 years to the leftist bank.

I abhor the intimidation any justice receives to retire because of age. But, you know, color. And, female.

Yes, I’m afraid the replacement will be a thousand times more radical.

If Biden appoints a 'man' - we need to find bimbos who will swear he ran rape rooms in high school.

Why should we treat their choices with dignity when they drag our people through piles of sh*t?

If Biden puts up a woman find men who will attest to her slamming gay nonagenarian sexual weirdos.

Why should we treat their choices with dignity when they drag our people through piles of sh*t?

If they appoint a thing that doesn't know what 'they' are find street thugs who will attest to they's lies.

Why should we treat their choices with dignity when they drag our people through piles of sh*t?

Not anymore. She doesn’t need to have handlers and briefing books anymore on SCOTUS. Just vote due Left and don’t write any opinions. Pay’s good. Thinking minimal.

Ketanji Brown Jackson, most likely.

Obama's Army, clerked for Breyer.

This feels like a fait accompli, Breyer agrees to leave for his hoochie mamma, Miotch signs on, and the White Hospice celebrates with ice cream.

Joe Biden is a radical liberal. He’s going to appoint a radical.

BH0 is too lazy to accept the nomination. He would actually have to show up to work every day. And it would take him away from being the guiding force behind Biden’s presidency and establishing communist rule of this nation.

We could do worse than Judge Jackson.

She peppers her decisions with hyperbole. Witness AFGE v Trump (where also interestingly, she did not give the unions everything they wanted), particularly towards the end of a decision that she greatly overcomplicated, her flourishes punctuate every new paragraph:

That reeks of Imposter Syndrome; at a minimum, don't expect Roberts to permit her to write much of anything -- including Dissents -- lest she embarrass the Wise Squatina and Keggers.

How is Biden “determined to be illicit by withdrawal of electors” ? In other words, what exactly does that mean ?, in your mind.

I personally wouldn't be surprised if Xiden nominated Merrick Garland. That would open an old rift between both parties and could provoke the Republicans in the Senate to make a severe mistake, which would then be used against them in the midterms.

The Democrats are desperate to do anything to take the attention off Biden's continued failures and stick them on the Republican Party.

Whether or not they actually do re-nominate Merrick Garland, I expect they're going to put someone as equally, if not more controversial then him going forward so they can claim "mainstream" while trying to paint the Republican party as hood wearing KKK members. That's what the Democrats always go back to: calling any Republican opposition racist.
