Just a thought, if the shooter shot the police within the first ten rounds, will the other 30 rounds not be counted in the firefight?

That would make concealed carry difficult. Or even everyday open carry.
I like what he is doing. A few years back I got tired
of carrying all my cards with me, and I designed my own
minimalist wallet.
It was a takeoff from a design I found online, and I
used paper bags to cut out and fold, and put up to
six credit cards in it, plus a little cash if I wanted
to.
The nice part is that it is super light, it is very
handy, and people get a kick out of it. When it’s done
it is about the size of six credit cards all by their
lonesome. It rests in my shirt pocket, and it’s
light enough it doesn’t try to jump out of my pocket
if I bend over.
The best paper bag I’ve found to use to make this,
is the Starbucks Paper bag.
It’s thick, strong enough to last about three month,
and it protects the cards I don’t want with me,
because they are safe at home.
This guy’s design is great, and I can see a lot of
folks wanting it.
Even so, it is too much bulk for me.

I tried on of those magazines. I caused the pistol to weigh so much that it was unwieldy. Oh yeah, it jammed a lot.

Doubt very much that you’ll find a drum magazine on a pistol in Afghanistan, to heavy to control.
