New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) called on lawmakers in Washington, D.C., to pass gun reform after the city announced that one officer had been fatally shot and another remained in critical condition during a shooting in Harlem on Friday evening.
“We don't make guns here. How are we removing thousands of guns off the street, and they still find their way into New York City? In the hands of people who are killers, constantly carbon highways of death, destroying our communities,” Adams said on Friday night. “We need Washington to join us and act now to stop the flow of guns in New York City and cities like New York.”

As you know, laws don’t prevent crime. They only define it and set a punishment for it. DemocRats seen to think that if they ban guns for law abiding people, criminals won’t have them and everyone will be living in utopia. But here’s a question: At what time in history before firearms were invented did the strong not pray on the weak?
Montana had a 5.0/100,000 for 2021. 2018 it was 3.2, 2019 only 2.5.

Was looking to see if there was a breakdown by county so I could support my WAG about the Big Towns and the Reservations being the major contributors, but I'll just leave that as a guess.
Suppose we can blame the big increase on COVID, or just all the crime we're getting up here with that wide-open Mex border/Cartel druggies coming up here?
