SUPREME COURT STRIKES DOWN OSHA VACCINE MANDATE
BREAKING: The Supreme Court BLOCKS the federal government's COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirement for large workplaces. The court ALLOWS a vaccine mandate for workers at federally funded health care facilities to take effect nationwide.— SCOTUSblog (@SCOTUSblog) January 13, 2022
No, it says federally funded.
So perhaps there are some facilities with no funding?
And what does “funding” mean? Does that mean it’s ALL about the feds, or that some things are sometimes extra funded by feds?

How can two products be identical and interchangeable and still different? The name on the label doesn’t matter. Comirnatiy and the Pfizer vaccine are one and the same despite what the anti-vaxxers want to believe.
But, but, BUT it's all about health and safety according to the Scamdemic security state. If people can't figure out they want you dead by now and this isn't about a "vaccine", that isn't a vaccine...I don't know what to tell you.
My company insisted I wear a mask.
At home. Working remote. With nobody else around.
And I had to sit in front of my laptop webcam so HR could check.
example Mayo Clinic has 68000 workers.
700 declined vaxx mandate and left
We’ll see when the 68,000 one by one start dropping dead.
Go into naturopathic medicine. IMHO, this ruling is the beginning of the end of the Rockerfeller/Gates monopolies in healthcare.
At least among the people I talk to, they do not trust the Rockerfeller/Gates Hospital Pharma system. More and more are using naturopathic approaches to health.
The healthcare ruling today in the long run is a Pyrrhic victory. Short term there may be a significant amount of suffering — PRAY!
I just did a little research to get the list, should have provided a link
If a vast majority of medical practices get medicare funding, then why are there just 3 Drs in my hometown of nearly 200,000 people not accepting medicare patients?
I don’t think so. It seems this case was SPECIFICALLY meant for Medicare/Medicaid, and this, medical facilities.
It does not seem to even address the overall Fed contractor mandate.

There are two flavors of OSHA mandate too. OSHA will get a second bite at the apple here.
The current set of cases are on an ETS, Emergecy, Temoprary standard. No public notice or comment. The hazard must present a grave risk, and the cases are originally heard in Circuit Court, not District court.
The "regular" rule, which is likely going to nearly identical to the ETS, hasn't gone into effect yet, so not ripe for lawsuit. when it is, those will go through District court, and apt to not even be heard by SCOTUS, even if Circuit Courts hold the mandate to be part of Congressional grant of power to OSHA.
In other high profile cases, the courts find a way to distribute the "feds have this power" or "the people don;t have this right" decisions between Circuits and SCOTUS.
-- We'll see. This is not over. --
Not by a long shot. The last things I expect from any branch of government are honesty and fairness.
All part of the commie plan.
They will replace conscientious care givers with less educated care aides.
Doesn’t take a lot of training to put the sick and elderly to death.

I have no words...
True. Sorry for the confusion. I know the Federal contractor mandate wasn’t part of the CMS mandate challenge, but I’m just anticipating that the Federal contractor mandate will be imposed based on the same legal justification used to uphold the Medicare/Medicaid mandate.
Tools, all of them that didn’t bring up the lessening danger and the ineffective vaxx
It’s like convicting of murder by arrow when it was an obvious gunshot wound.
“We’re not paid to think, only to react to what we’re told.”
“If the Sixth Circuit rules that the mandate is constitutional”
It’s in SCOTUS’s hands now.
NHTSA could mandate helmets for passengers of private and public transportatoin. Car, bus, train, aircraft. Helmets would substantially lessen the risk of head injury, and are therefore neessary to safety.
Same logic.
Dude, don't shoot the messenger.
Like the late, great Rush Limbaugh, I live in Realville.
When Deep State can get healthcare professionals to abandon their common sense, training, ethics, get them to lie to patients, refuse to treat patients, ignore best practice, yeah, we have a de facto NHS.
We don't have a republic anymore, either.
And I'm stunned by how few people understand that.
Here’s the main things to consider.
Will blue states like NY and CA, make their own even-more-restrictive state-level jab mandates?
Which will happen first?
The collapse of the medical care industry from workers getting fired/walking off the job/burning out, *or* regular jab victims getting very ill or dying over time from untreated side effects (in part due to overwhelmed medical providers)?
