A: No. Individuals who provide services 100 percent remotely and who do not have any direct contact with patients and other staff, such as fully remote telehealth or payroll services, are not subject to the vaccination requirements outlined in this regulation.
Just think of the filter for health care workers. Anyone who has intelligence to think for themselves, who understands their constitutional right to not be forced to take an injection they feel is unsafe, will be automatically disqualified from working in most hospitals and medical facilities . I could make a very unPC comment about those who will be left, but you get my drift.

Simple enough. Not a total victory.
Indeed. Question is, did Trump close his eyes and point to his name on the list? Or, did Trump make the decision 100% on his own? Or, likely, was he advised by someone that Kav was the "best option" on that list?
Presidents, obviously, rely on advisors for making decisions on a myriad of issues. I've no doubt that's the case here...I'd like to know who convinced him to nominate Kav.
RE: Walmart, RiteAid, Walgreens, and Kroger offer Vaccinations.
Yep, those are paid for by Uncle Sam. And when any health care facility accepts payment from Medicare or Medicaid, they’re covered by the vaccine mandate too. There’s no escaping the vaxx mandate if you’re into healthcare.
I’m only tangentially in health care, though, so I fall more under the OSHA rule.

Show me where it says that in the Constitution. I see a clear-cut enumerated powers clause, that says the federal government has ZERO authority not explicitly granted to it by the Constitution, and I see no such clause granting it authority to mandate citizens’ medical decisions. Any opinion by the Supreme Court that goes beyond that is illegitimate.

I respectfuly disagree doc. Every facility I’ve worked in gave us the option to opt out of the flu shot. We just had to wear useless masks six months of the year.
Except that the specific vaccine that received full approval is still not available anywhere. This was verified again recently by Pfizer’s CEO.
Everyone of the negative eeyores owes an apology.

I have read that Justice Kennedy resigned only after he was assured that Kavanaugh, his former clerk, would replace him.
Brett Kavanaugh helped Ken Starr cover up the death of Vincent Foster. He’s always been a deep stater; his nomination was just another Trump personnel mistake. There are so many, but we are stuck with this one for many many years.

Except that the vaccine neither prevents contracting nor transmitting the virus. So, it matters not whether one is vaccinated, since both are consistently testing positive for SARS-COV-2 infection.
