The Supreme Court did not issue a ruling on the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's vaccine mandates for private companies and medical workers Thursday. While it wasn't a guarantee the Justices would issue a ruling today, it was likely given the pressing nature of Biden's mandates impacting the futures of more than 100 million Americans.
During oral arguments about the cases, which took place last week, conservative Justices seemed skeptical of Biden's mandates. A number of lower courts previously ruled the mandates were unconstitutional given Congress never approved them.
"During several hours of oral arguments, the court’s conservative majority posed sharp questions about whether a federal workplace law that Congress passed some five decades ago provides the legal authority for a vaccine-or-test policy affecting roughly 84 million workers at large employers," the Hill reported. "The conservative justices also appeared wary, though slightly less so, of a separate coronavirus vaccine mandate that applies to the roughly 17 million health care workers at hospitals and other facilities that receive federal funding through the Medicare and Medicaid programs."
Liberal Justices argued heavily in favor of the mandates and falsely stated current Wuhan coronavirus vaccines prevent transmission of the disease. According to data and CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, that is not true.

the Orders from Malta are delayed.
except for Justice Thomas they are plotters against
the US Constitution who already took out J. Scalia.
Waiting to see if we still have any checks and balances left in this barely functional republic of ours.
Given what was revealed from those Project Veritas documents regarding ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, along with increasing data that the mRNA serums are ineffective, and may be causing more harm than good, upholding those mandates would be insanity.
Waiting for the wall to be finished at the DC Compound.
You musta forgot. THEY DON’T CARE.
You’re probably correct. Roberts has been turned to the dark side, so I wouldn’t be surprised at some kind of twisted BS ruling.
A villain needs a castle, right?
I wouldn’t be surprised if Pelosi has the Capitol fences put back up as well.
Samuel Alito’s a plotter?
How much longer?
Cockled and humiliated bunch of puppets in black window dresses.
The SC has long forgotten their role in government. It is not their job to solve the problems of the country - social, economic, environmental or political. Their job is to rule on the constitutionality of the actions taken by the government.
The intent of these unconstitutional actions doesn’t matter. The consequences of striking down these unconstitutional actions don’t matter. It is not their job to find a way to reimagine these unconstitutional actions in a constitutional way.
Classic Roberts maneuver. He is totally political but wants to appear to not be so he comes up with gimmicks and maneuvers to get the result he wants but claim his hands were tied. Here’s one. Wants to keep mandates, delays ruling until AFTER everyone gets fired and then rules “damage done, stands but never do it again”. Just like the eviction moritoreum.
How much longer? Till after midterms?
However this sounds okay to me at this time.
Yep!
The fix is in.
