Scientists may have found more evidence of how life on Earth came to be. The culprit? Solar wind.
According to a new study, solar wind could be one of the forces responsible for helping provide the water molecules needed to create the Earth’s oceans, rivers, and lakes. The new idea could help us understand more about how life on Earth came to be, as well as whether or not other life might be somewhere out there in the rest of the universe.

I was reading right along & then I got to the part about our moon ... that’s when ‘breathtaking’ hit me for some reason (I’ve always loved the moon). It’s also when I got “excited” about what is in the rest of the book. I’m reading a little each day because I’m trying to finish some handcrafted Christmas gifts ... reading speed should pick up after Saturday!
I heard Metaxas on Bannon’s War Room talking about the book and I just had to read it. :-)

We have no idea whether there is life throughout the universe or whether the rest of the universe is entirely sterile. All we can do is speculate until we either (1) actually find life somewhere else, or (2) figure out how to make a living organism from scratch in a laboratory.
Complex organic molecules are common in the universe and we know how they are made, both naturally in space or in a laboratory. No one has ever figured out, however, how to make the huge leap from the most complex organic molecules to even the simplest living organism, either naturally in space or in a laboratory. We cannot even figure out how to bring dead organisms back to life.
Maybe if you have trillions upon trillions of planets in the universe, all with exactly the right conditions, all bouncing complex organic molecules around for a billion years or so one of them will accidentally result in the formation of life, like the old adage that if you have an infinite number of monkeys pounding on an infinite number of typewriters one of them will eventually type out all of the works of Shakespeare. If so, our chances of ever running across life on another planet in the universe are close to nil.

It is belief in the form of faith that leads to Grace and mercy for those seeking forgiveness for a life of sin. Is Christ’s sacrifice on the cross, and suffering in the Garden efficacious for those suffering with unbelief or outright rejection?
A type exists in the Old Testament story of the fiery serpents in Numbers Ch 21.

Yeah, that’s one good example from the scriptures. One of many. Baal worship and Molech are others. Resident Xiden might be compared to Ahab and Nancy Pelosi to Jezebel. May they suffer similar fates.
