In any case, if there is a new VP appointed, that would be followed by the drool bucket's resignation shortly thereafter.
Those circumstances are provided for in the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, which was passed in 1967. Section 2 states:
"Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress."

Harris is “out” only if she volunteers to step down. I don’t see that happening. “Hey, I just figured out that I suck as VP, and so I’ll be stepping down ...”

She will not voluntarily resign unless she is or about to be indicted for a felony. This woman is without shame and will just sit in her office and wait for Biden’s inevitable end.
